Subway

I did a little grocery shopping and decided that all the food I had just bought wasn’t good enough for me to eat that night. So of course, the next best option was a five dollar foot long (totally singing that as I type).
Of course the food was good, I mean how do you mess up cold cuts? But the service on the other hand, whoooaaahh. I was in shock it no lie took the girl 10 minutes to make my sub because she just kept talking to her coworker. I kind of wanted to tell her off, but I really wanted my hoagie.
First off, she asked what kind of bread I wanted. I said «What do you have ready?» she responds by pointing to a sticker on the window. I say, «Oh, ok, then I’ll take Parmesan Oregano.» She tells me they don’t have any ready! Well that’s why I asked you what you had. Stop talking to your little friend and do your job! Then cheese, oh I have a thing for cheese, so don’t mess with it. You know how Subway has everything like pre– wrapped? She grabs my little package of swiss, starts putting it on my sandwich, then takes the last piece and sets it on the side. Where she then in turn tells her little coworker friend, that she now has enough cheese to make an extra sandwich for lunch. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I’m down a slice of cheese, and you’re stealing from your company. Way to keep it classy. Next she says, Would you like it toasted? Well considering it’s a bologna sandwich, no, I don’t want it toasted. What does she do? She turns and toasts it. For the love of God, ok I’m passed it. When I’m asked what do you want on it? I say, lettuce and a lot of onions. That’s all I ever get. When I tell you she put 3 little onion slivers on my sandwich, I’m not kidding. I guess she was saving my share of onions for her dinner sandwich.
So yes, I’m ripping apart this Subway, basically because of one awful employee. But first impressions last forever right? The sad part about it, is the next time I go grocery shopping and realize my food in inadequate, I’ll probably go back.

Surprising that a Walmart has a subways inside, and this one is like the real thing… except you will have more fun people watching at this location, and can take your grocery cart with you to the table!
