Received a pair of sunglasses for Christmas, nice glasses, didn’t fit. Tried to return, went to 1st store and the guy talked to me like I was an idiot and then told me his computer crashed and it would be 45 minutes, he sent me to another location in the mall and he assumed I knew where it was and where all the other stores in the mall were too. When I still had no idea where he was directing me to, another employee actually gave me directions, not landmarks. I went to the other location and they adjusted the glasses to fit instead of returning them., which was fine. When I actually went to wear the glasses they were still too big so I decided to return them again. Where I parked was more convenient to the first location so I decided to see if they had anything for exchange, when the same guy them told me that his computer was down. Really??? Again? Or does he just not want to return the glasses is what I am thinking. I go to the location that adjusted them and she tells me she can’t return without the debit card. Well it was a gift. I had original receipt, packaging, everything. My problem is that the back of the receipt states full refund if returned within 90 days with receipt and original packaging. I asked for a manager. Was told not one there. In no way was anyone trying to help me. I had to demand she call a manager. While I was trying to call the 800#, she called someone, who sent somebody over from the Macy’s location, who did not refund the glasses. Don’t shop here. They may be nice if you are buying something, but definitely not if you want to return anything.

First of all, there is not one, but THREE sunglass hut locations inside the Florida mall… which is both convienant and a little confusing(2 store sites, 1 booth). I went to the actual store. Most of the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable with the different brands.
