The Unilocal review prompt asks why I keep coming back. Ummm… for the money obvs :) Convenient location with inconvenient ingress/​egress, have been doing transactions here for years without issues.

Not the biggest fan of this bank’s location (getting in is easy, getting out not so easy) but the people that work in there are nice enough.
My biggest problem with Sun Trust is that I feel like I’m at one of these timeshare things where everybody I talk to is trying to sell me something. «Hey, open this savings account; hey, talk to our financial advisor; hey, you should take some of this money in your account and try CDs or money market, etc» — they’re like used car salesmen.
Other than that, doing transactions there is painless. As I said, the employees are nice and helpful. And it still beats BofA.

I come here for all of my banking. The tellers know you by name and have been here forever. They never make mistakes and are always professional.
