They know better with their poor customer service. Went in attempting to get navigation activated on my cell. The guy suggested an app, that didnt work, he knew it wouldn’t work but thought I would leave before trying. I stuck around waiting for the app to load, and knowing it wouldn’t work, he gives me the number to customer service, knowing I don’t have another phone to call them on(he asked me). Instead of really attempting to help he rushed me out of the store, $ 2.99 poorer on the wasted app that doesn’t work. To make matters worse, I think corporate was in there touring the store(there were 6 employees at 10am…3 of which didnt look like help on the floor).
