Tag Heuer

I am a HUGE watch fan and have several Tag Heuer watches in my collection — having moved recently to Orlando, I headed over to the outlets and went into the Tag store there — my experiences were well in line with the more recent review and nothing whatsoever like the initial one — everyone there was extremely friendly, I was helped immediately (thanks Andrew and Tom!!) and I was treated not only with respect as a customer but welcomed to the area as well — these people spent time telling me about local eateries, places to check out where I was living and I left with not only another watch to my collection (and at a phenomenal price) but with a smile on my face — if you are looking for quality timepieces and a more than quality place to buy them — this is the place to go.

Recently bought a watch for my husband for his birthday at Tag Heuer at the Vineland outlets. Ok I just moved here so I still shop at the outlets like a tourist, no judging! We were helped by Krystal, she was very nice and accommodating. My husband was a bit picky and looked at a few of them. Krystal was patient and gave him information on the ones he was looking at. She was not pushy or snobby and knew about all the watches which was a plus. Great shopping experience, we walked out with the watch my husband was looking for online but a much better price.

Absolutely Horrible Customer Service!!! My husband went to Tag to purchase a watch that cost around $ 2200.00, he was asking the salesman named Abdallah questions about the watch, the guy knew absolutely nothing about the watches. He was rude and kept rushing my husband. Not exactly the customer service you are looking for when you are purchasing anything, let alone something at that price. Anyway, we left because of the rudeness and ended up purchasing it from another Tag Store. When you are rude, you LOSE!!!
