Called Martin, we made an appointment. He came over initially and completed the job. A couple of months later cracks started appearing in the grout. I called Martin, he said he would be over and fix the issue when it when he was «in the area.» I called him again about 2 months later same response. He still has not responded and it’s been over 4 months from the initial phone call. I will not use him again I won’t recommend him to anyone.

The owner Martin came over soon after I called in order to give me an estimate on a job. I needed my shower re-​grouted. When the repair was scheduled he appeared on time and was courteous. The job was completed within the day. I believe he had an assistant help him at some point but I had no interaction with him. I was charged exactly what was estimated and I am happy with the job.
