Fast quick and convenient service!
You can tell the shop stays pretty busy and emplyees have been here a while. They have it down to a routine. The customer service isn’t always with a smile but they know what they are doing. They were able to repair the mower drive belt and give it a quick tune up even sharpened the blades at no additional charge.

Bypass Home Depot or Lowe’s and buy your lawn equipment here!
Why, well let me list the reasons why:
1. Troy was extremely helpful, patient with my questions, and clearly knowledgeable of his products, their use, and the mechanics behind them.
2. He endured my dozens of questions to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase of an Echo edger.
3. He was truthful about whether an attachment I thought I wanted, but based on his input opted not to. And it was in the end, the right choice.
4. Same prices as Home Depot (which I loathe) AND they back the manufacturer’s warranty right there! HD just tells people to send it back directly to the manufacturer OR take it to The Mower Shop if there is ever a problem. So, uh, yeah.
5. They filled it with gas, calibrated it for me, and walked me through how to operate it.
6. LOCALLY OWNED!
7. They went ahead and registered my edger with Echo right on the spot, so I wouldn’t have to.
Yeah, going forward, this is the only place I will come to purchase and service my lawn care equipment. As should you!

I took my mower in in December because it wouldn’t start. They told me it would be ready in three days. Three days pass, and I never receive a call. I call them, and they tell me it won’t be ready until January, after they take their vacation. I pick it up, take it home, and it doesn’t start. I call them, and they will not guarantee that they won’t charge me to fix it again. I take it to another shop (Trail Saw and Mower on OBT — great place!), pick it up in a week, and they tell me that the oil was over filled, the filter was soaked in oil, and the spark plug was bad. The Mower Shop had put new oil and gas in my mower — THEY over filled it and failed to recognize the spark plug was shot. Don’t bother with The Mower Shop!
