The Park at Cambridge

I live here i looove my apt i have not had any problems with bugs or maintenance i have lived here 2 years in 1 bedroom my husband and i love it soo much we r upgrading to 2 bedroom we have decided this is our permanent home we r staying forever we love the staff

This place is a piece of crap. There are cockroaches everywhere in my apartment, coming from the cracks in the walls. The siding on the buildings is coming off because it is covering rotting ply wood. The cockroaches were also living in my dishwasher and kitchen drawers, even after I ran several loads. There were so many cockroaches I felt like they should be helping out with the rent.
I moved in with the paint chipping off the tub, and when they fixed it they sprayed some toxic paint all over my LED TV and TV stand leaving white apoxy residue, ruining both worth around $ 1000. Management couldn’t care less and they are also a bunch of dumb ditzy girls.
When I first moved in the leasing agent said it was a new development and it was much better than it was before… if that’s the case I’m wondering what it was like before they took over?
Thank goodness for the sign in the office that says you can break your lease within the first 30 days if you’re not satisfied… it only took 10 days for me to move the hell out. I wonder how much that sign has cost them.
It took me 3 months to get my security deposit back, no thanks to the front desk hoes, because I had to go through corporate.
STAY FAR AWAY. this place should be renamed The Crap at Cambridge.
