The UPS Store

This place will charge you a service fee for breathing their air. As previous people have complained, I took my prepaid Amazon Prime return into the store and they wanted to charge me money just to tape the box. I told her I would not be paying the «tape fee» and with her expert customer service skill she felt it necessary to sarcastically say «have a nice day» in a long drawn out voice.

I took my package to the UPS store located at 2423 S Orange Ave
Orlando, FL 32 806 and they taped my package and sent it for me with no problem.

Nickel and dime central. Will charge you $ 3 for tape $ 5 for computer use regardless of time and don’t even think of printing.

I honestly left speechless. I have previously gone to this location to have finger printing completed — it wasn’t great but nothing to write a bad review about. But this time, was different. The employee and manager was incredibly rude to me. I went in with a package that a company incorrectly delivered to my address, as a good samaritan, I wanted to return the package to the original owner. Accidentally, my spouse opened the box without knowing that it wasn’t ours. Instead of telling me nicely that they could not accept the package — they told me that there was NO WAY that UPS would take the package. that’s odd, what am I suppose to do with it? «Not our problem» she said. She further went to say «If you want to argue, call the 1 – 800 number», when I hadn’t said a thing.
Seriously. When has society changed to allow such rude and uncouth behavior. This UPS franchise is ruining the whole UPS name. I will go to FEDEX from now on, or anywhere but here.

The workers there were pleasant, personal able, and quick to provide the requested services. For those of you who need fingerprinting completed or US Passport photos taken, this store provide these services. I came into the store and it was a quick in & out process for me… :-)

CHEAP
I went here and had to pay a $ 1.70 «service fee» for them to tape a prepaid amazon return label to my box. If I would have known that I would have just taped them at home. But whatever, it is just $ 1.70 right?
Except that don’t take debit or credit cards unless the purchase is over $ 5. I didn’t have any cash so I had to pay in change out of my car, fun times!
Talk about a cheap franchise owner!
