The store was just taken under new ownership. The staff is friendly and truly try to find the best option for you.

This store it well kept. That’s about it.
The UPS store is based off of customer service, which unfortunately they are lacking. The whole time I was in there they only said two things: «do you have a cover letter?» And «your total is «$ 8.00 for those two sheets.»
Let’s be real here… Yes, you are expensive, but to compensate for that, I would appreciate it if you would stop talking about the drama in your live to the other person working there (sitting on boxes on her phone nonetheless).
Oh! And a smile!
But the fax did get through. Next time, I’ll just drive up to Goin’ Postal.
