No greeting at all from representative. However, when a female client came in she was greeted. I thought it was a fluke until another male client came in and again no greeting. As i gave representative my information for shipping my package i changed my mind immediately on the time frame i wanted my it delivered, which made the representative snicker as if i had greatly inconvinienced him. Then pretended not to hear me when i asked him what was amusing. There will come the day when people who clearly do not like their jobs will just quit and give the job to someone who cares. Thankfully i deal quite with UPS and know that this joker is not a representation of UPS or its standards. Next time ill go to a different store.
