Just wanted to leave a review about Ricky. Super nice guy and very great on customer service and handles multiple customers at the same time with a smile. It’s the kind of thing you expect everywhere and from the simplest of places. Thanks Ricky for your wonderful attitude!

The store is very clean and there’s ample parking behind the building. The employee was very nice and efficient. While already helping a very rather frantic guest, he managed to finish my whole order while she was trying to call someone for an address. Overall, great experience and a very convenient location.

This is the UPS store to go to. I have been here to ship Amazon Prime returns twice and they were great. I live in a different part of town and went to the UPS store on Chickasaw because it was close and they wanted to charge me an outrageous amount to tape my box. I left that location and came here and they did not try to charge me extra to ship a package. This place is the best UPS store ever!!!

Not a ton to say… pretty good experience the 3 – 4 times I’ve been here. Their website is cute. Got my stuff sent. What else do you want, eh?

They take care of all my shipping needs here. I had an awkward size package to ship and they made it easy, boxed it up and sent it out. The service was fast and pleasant. I used to go to the Fed Ex office, but they are geared more to businesses than consumers.
