I guess the best thing I can say is they did get my truck where it was suppose to go. Two hours late. The driver claimed he had called me several times of course he had not. Dropped it off at the repair shop, left the keys in it with the doors unlocked. DID NOT TELL THE SHOP IT WAS THERE. If your insurance sticks you with them make sure you call the shop to make sure they get it to the right place.

Horrible, called Progressive they stuck me with this mediocre tow truck company. They are now over 30 min late and their phone is going to voice mail with inbox full. T-​Mobile voicemail? Are u serious? Can’t even get Verizon? Get a land line you bums!!! You know the little wire that plugs to the wall so you can have a dispatcher answer the phone! Ughhhh

I Was in Orlando for vacation, had car trouble with a family members car that I had borrowed, so after calling a few places I called Towlando. Very reasonable on price and Helpful getting our car to a reliable shop. Ended up being just a radiator hose.
Thanks to Towlando for saving the day! Definitely will recommend this company to my family who resides here.

My car broke down and I called my car insurance, State Farm since I had road side assistance. I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name, but I believe he was the owner. He was pleasant and professional. My caf was hooked up to the tow in what seemed like a few minutes. The inside of the truck was clean, organized and again professional looking with it’s own unique style. I highly recommend this company.
