Being that this is an older store, it actually has a better selection of toys than the newer stores. The aisles are always fully stocked and it seems more spacious than the newer locations. This is located in front of the Florida Mall on one of the side streets.

This is a very big toy store. You will find lots of options.
We went there today to fix an issue about an online order, we were charged twice!!! AFter many phone calls, we decided to stop by the store and resolve the matter. The customer service rep called Astrid was so RUDE! And it was around 10AM I wonder how is her mood at the end of the day!!!
Then I decided to call the manager because I don’t waste my time talking to ignorant people! Lisa came over and she was a sweetheart. She realized that it was a huge mistake and fixed it right away…
Before Christmas I placed an order for STORE PICK UP and took them almost half an hour to get my item… what’s the whole point of a store pick up if is going to take longer then grabbing from the shelf and paying for it???
