I rate this business a flat «0». Items were only to be hemmed. My expensive coat I just purchased was a disaster. Wanted the arms to be shorten a bit. When she did her alteration the sleeves were past elbow length for a coat, way to short. Not to mention the hem was shorter in one area than the other and not in a straight even line. Awful, just awful. The pants I wanted hemmed were capris but to long and with cuffs. Wanted the cuff in pants taken off and hemmed to still remain as capris. They are now shorts and I mean shorts. When I entered into her shop today to pickup up items I knew immediately when I saw the coat something was wrong and she detected it immediately and became very defensive and hostile. She had 2 other Asian women in the shop. I am convinced she had one of those ladies (not qualified) to do the work on my items. I gave her $ 20 but she did not deserve it. I was afraid she called the cops on me if I did not pay something. Also, Tumi is in a big rush and does not take devoted time with you. She knew she had screwed up and was trying to convince me nothing was wrong. She was yelling very loud. Very, very unprofessional. She had another customer in the office and she was more concerned about them than my issues. I don’t know who has been putting good reviews on this site for her but I would not be surprise if it is her friends posting stuff that is not true. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ALTERATIONS TO TUMI COLLECTIONS. You will regret it. Trust me on this.

Tumi Collections is my go to for alterations now. She doesn’t hustle you! Her prices are incredibly reasonable and I say she is a true perfectionist and also a professional!

Tumi Collections absolutely saved me from a wedding dress disaster! I was really unhappy with how a different seamstress made the straps on my dress, and when I took my dress here I was so overwhelmed with how helpful and nice Tumi was. She made my dress look absolutely perfect. We also rented our suits from here, and all of the guys looked amazing! This was the best place we could have gone to for our wedding, and I’m so glad we found it!

Amazing service. Came in from Jacksonville to get an ao dai. Me and my friends were taken cared of and came home with a beautiful dress. The owner is so talented and was able to tailor it the same day. Thank you so much Tumi!
