So, the night before the movers were to arrive, I realized I needed boxes. Brilliant, I know. Lucky for me, this uhaul opens at 7am, giving me the early start I needed to finish up last minute packing. The box prices here are reasonable, especially if you buy box bundles. I opted for the big box bundle, realizing I can return any unused ones for a refund. I also got help with putting the boxes in my car.

I have nothing against U-Haul as a company but I urge any of you reading this DONOT go to this location. The manager named CURTIS and assistant manager name LACIE are the most UNPROFESSIONAL workers I have ever encountered during a customer-business transaction. There are several reasons for my frustrations with this specific location but the biggest problem I’ve had with Curtis and Lacie is that they don’t do their job to take care of the customer. With the multiple issues I had with my U-Box, I called their location about 30x with no call back. Every time I spoke with someone on the phone they told me they would send both of them an email or an instant message(which I’m sure they did) but these 2 knuckle heads didn’t have the decency to call me back. I repeat, don’t rent from this location, save yourself the trouble and headache. Go to another U-Haul location.

This was my second time renting with U-Haul and it was very plesant. Everyone at this location was so very helpful and friendly. Prices were reasonable and the truck I rented was in great condition and clean. I would recommend this location, and Uhaul in general. Thank you!

You can rent trucks, vans and pickups here if you need to move some things. They have pretty good prices on the daily rate, but the upcharge for each mile you drive is very steep. The truck we rented worked well and had a good air conditioner. They have good prices on boxes also. The folks were very nice and got us in and out very quickly on the pick up and drop off.

I rented a truck for an in-town move. Renting process is fairly easy and they had several trucks available. I had visited the week prior to make a reservation but they told me a reservation wasn’t necessary because I was renting on a non-busy day. When I showed up to rent I was received with attitude for not reserving the truck even though they had several not reserved. Then we had an accident with the truck where the top of the truck was slightly damaged. Turns out Uhaul insurance doesn’t cover the top of the truck. They verbally tell you«it covers pretty much everything» and it doesn’t cover the most common error people make when driving a large truck! We filed a claim with our insurance and with Uhaul and were told our insurance company would handle it and nothing more was needed from us, just drop off the truck. But when we arrived with the truck, the manager Randy George told us we couldn’t leave without paying for all damages. When we told him we filed claims and were instructed to let our insurance handle it from there he told us we couldn’t leave. I asked how he knows how much to charge and he said, «people damage the top of these trucks all the time so we know how much to charge you.» I wasn’t sure who was wrong the Uhaul team we talked to while filing the claim or the Uhaul manager that was being incredibly rude. So we called Uhaul back and spoke to a new person who confirmed the store was wrong and we should not be paying for any damages. The manager just ignored us while we were on the phone so we asked the Uhaul team on the phone to call him. The manager Randy then said, «I don’t care what they tell you I’m charging you today for $ 1500 and you have to pay it». The customer screen had $ 1,005 charges for me to pay, not $ 1,500. He said if we waited it would just be more. I couldn’t believe how he was handling everything but the more we talked, the less willing I was to pay anything because it felt like it was not being handled correctly. In the end when I asked for a print out and the policy he said he’d just have insurance handle it and we could leave. I made sure to ask, «So there will be no additional charges because we are letting insurance handle it instead of paying today.» He said yes. It was a mess. It was our fault the truck got damaged but the way this location handled it was horrible. We called our insurance as we left and reported everything that took place. They said we were in the right and documented the conversation in our claim.
