Had a pretty great experience. After being told that my phone was not repairable at a competing repair shop, the guys at UBREAKIFIX fixed my phone in 30 mins. Will definitely go again if my phone gives me any more problems.

Very nice and more importantly efficient guys, brought my Phone to a random place before and they couldn’t fix it. Walked-​in without an appointment, I didn’t get charged for a diagnostic, in about an hour my phone was ready with an original brand new screen.
These guys may charge a bit more than the random guys across the street but they are honest, they will not make you fix or replace parts don’t need to. You pay for what you get.
I would come back but hopefully my phone doesn’t break again.

Charging port on my iPhone 5S went out — they came to the rescue. They fixed the port but it appeared it was not replaced but no problem for these guys. They took my phone back to the tech and re-​did the work in 10 minutes. I appreciate it when people know how to deal with guest relations in a professional manner.

Horrible company– took my Sony Vaio laptop in with a black mark on the screen– tech said it would be a simple fix– worked on the computer all morning until they said to bring it and then days later they called me saying it was no longer a screen issue but a motherboard issue. My motherboard was working fine and the tech flat out lied and said that the computer did not work when i dropped it off. I tried explaining to the manager that the tech was lying but he said that it is not their responsibility. DO NOT BRING YOUR ELECTRONICS HERE!!!

Excellent customer service and they did a great job fixing my iPhone 6. They fixed it in an hour and I was on my way. They also have a 90 day warranty. I was pleased and would return if I needed to.

I shattered my iPhone 6 about two weeks ago. Jorge fixed my phone and I jokingly told him I didn’t want to see him again anytime soon. I jinxed myself and ended up back in there today. Jorge as always was helpful and quick to fix my phone. I should mention that another one of their locations is 3 miles from my home as this location is 20. When I call this location they are always friendly and take their time answering my questions where as the the other I always feel as though they don’t have time for me. In addition I was told at the other location 2 days to fix my phone and Jorge had mine fixed in under an hour. I do realize this is a new store and they don’t have the business the other store has but with the great customer service I have received both times I will be returning (or hopefully not) and recommending to my friends.

My iPhone 6 screen shattered and I made an appointment to this specific store to get it repaired. I brought it in at the time I picked and an hour later my phone was as good as new. Staff was friendly and super helpful. Would definitely recommend.
