I purchased a Vita Spa from them and I have been very unhappy with the spa. To the credit of the company they did come out once and paid for spa specialist to come out once as well. This small four person spa has never been right. The water is never clean, and if you try to filter it enough to be clean then the water is so hot you can’t get in it. Both the manufacturer and the folks at Unique Pools have told me, «that’s the way it is». Well for $ 5000 you should not have to sit in a dirty spa or not be able to use it.
This experience has definitely been the opposite of relaxing.

I bought my first spa from Unique last year for a vacation home and absolutely loved it, I returned this spring to buy my new spa for my permanent address and the boys were incredibly helpful, and even gave me a great returning customer price.
Be sure to double check the address, as the one listed on Unilocal is no longer valid, the new unique store is located in an industrial warehouse east of downtown orlando, off mercy, and silver star.
