We would like to thank the people Universal Roof and Contracting for their expertise and professionalism on the installation of new countertops, backsplash and sink etc. Heather was very helpful when giving us an estimate and with excellent design suggestions that enhanced the overall We cannot say enough about Paul and Ryan who did the actual work. From the start of the job until the finish they were very professional, offering suggestions, making sure the work area was cleaned up and doing a great job with installation. I called for an estimate and was able to get a free estimate the same week. I thought I only needed a repair due to a leak but the estimator was able to approve an entire new roof with my insurance company due to weather damage (it took a few weeks) but I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. Thanks

They showed up on time for the estimate and seemed professional. I quickly felt the pressure of an «upsale» on the accessories, but was still interested in an estimate. I was told by the salesman that they are the best company in town and probably the most expensive. Well, I waited for an estimate and never heard back after 2 – 3 calls. I guess it wasn’t meant to be.
