Awesome food. The goat cheese and walnut salad was great. The pizza uno was excellent. The service was wonderful, Jackie our waitress was the best.

Love the food hate the wait.
I’m now going on an hour and a half waiting for a small single, take out, pan pepperoni pizza. I understand big complicated orders but it’s a single pizza. I could have built a fire, cultivated the grain, waited for the dough to rise, and then cooked myself in the amount of time it takes for them to make my pizza.
Hostess and Uno did not say it would take this long. In fact on the website it said 20 minutes. I probably would have cancelled the order instead of camping out and wasting my night here.
And I’m the one usually saying Americans complain too much.
Food is good, when you get it. If you get it.

well I guess this is as close to Chicago you can get down here. Deep dish Taste was just not there. Nothing compared to the actual thing. Wasn’t fresh, tasted more like frozen UNOs shipped here then reheated. Satisfied the craving tho, but sorry not impressed at all
Service was great, so you got that…

Just called to place an order over the phone and they put me on hold for +9 min until I decided to hang up and call again. I called four times and every time they will just answer but nobody will talk… Very rude! Extremely disappointed. Bad customer service! Not calling them back again EVER!!!

Uno Pizzeria is so much more than just pizza. They boast a large variety of other menu items including steaks, salads and pastas.
Quality of food is top notch and service is great. Best spot to get great Chicago style pizza, which we all know is better than New York Just sayin’.

Hands down one of the BEST restaurant experiences we had in Orlando! The staff were phenomenal, the food was amazing, and everything was so prompt and perfect. Jeanpierre was a fabulous server and Christian came and played charades with us even though he wasn’t our server — both of them just made our nights by being pleasant, funny, and totally on point. My only regret is that we don’t live here to go more often.

We tried this restaurant back in mid-​December last year with some friends while we were all visiting the area. I’m always nervous to try new restaurants, naturally. However, this was a positive experience. The atmosphere was great, and the service was friendly.
The food tasted good, too! The portions were very large, and the price was decent for what was received.

Amazing!!! We ran out of options in the busy area for dinner, and stopped in here hoping for a great experience. It being our anniversary night, and things not going well, this dinner turned the whole night around!
The food was mind blowing! I have never been to an Uno’s before that night, and I will absolutely be returning. I got this crazy hog burger thing with pepperoni on it, it was amazing. The quesadilla appetizer on the flatbread was genius. We may actually make it a anniversary tradition to eat there now. Very good!

Waiter was in a hurry to get us out and questioned my friends about getting a bottle of wine for themselves. The pizza was okay and it

Delicious things are happening at Uno Pizza! My nephew and I decided to make this our last meal in Buena Vista. Neither of us had been here before. Let me say, they did not disappoint!
It was smack dab in the middle of the dinner rush. The place was crowded but we were seated right away.
They have the bench seating so be aware if you prefer a more private dinner setting. Luckily they had a booth available.
The service was good, the music made for a lively atmosphere, the food EXCELLENT and the company was great (well, you will have to supply your own nephew).
To seal our vacation, we allowed the photographer to capture our picture and make it into a keychain as a keepsake.

This was my first time going to an Uno’s. We arrived around 11:30 and got sat right away. Our server was quick to get to our table.
I ordered a Ruby Red Sangria. It tasted alright, nothing spectacular. We decided to just get appetizers. We got the spinach and artichoke deep dip and prosciutto arugula. Both apps were pretty tasty.
Overall, both the food and service was good and I would consider coming back.

If I could eat this pizza weekly without blowing up like ready pizza dough I would!!! Service was excellent, I ordered a prickly pear margarita and it was very sour so I opted for a better drink. (Delicious)
This location is spacious with outdoor, indoor seating. Either would have been fine for us as long as my pizza came out hot/​cheesy. They use to have a small plate menu but it’s gone. It was perfect. That menu also included the milano chicken pasta which is also gone.
I decided on the shrimp scampi which turned out to be delicious and it hit the spot. The salad I ordered was triple drowned in blue cheese, but I’m so greedy I ate it anyhow because I was on VACATION!
Everytime I visit Orlando, my carb cravings sniff out UNO’S.

This was for the filth on the tables. As we were seated and other table were leaving by us. We noticed that all they do is clear the tables and add more silverware and napkins without cleaning the tables. Our table was sticky and the chairs were too. So disgusted. I got wipes from my daughters diaper bag and started cleaning the table. Look at pictures and this was just my side. Our service was great but most disgusting and unclean restaurant ever!

Both my wife and I had really enjoyed our time here, we came after an entire day at a theme park and we were looking for a restaurant open late which we found out the are open everyday until 2am. SO we walked in to find out the had a happy hour going on! half price on drinks and apps. The food was amazing, the service was outstanding, and the price at the end of the night spectacular.
This will be a must go every time we visit. Thank you to the wonderful staff that made our trip memorable.

I was staying in Orlando and looking for somewhere to go for dinner. I was torn between a high end steak and seafood next door to the hotel and having Uno delivery take out to the room. Uno wins out!
I tried ordering via the feature in the Unilocal app. I got all the way to the end and got a message about the restaurant being closed so I closed it and decided to bail. A little curious I thought I’d make a small effort and call the restaurant and was in luck.
Ordering was pretty straight forward and the rest lung lady said they’d deliver to my hotel in about an hour. A nominal $ 3 charge for delivery. I went ahead with the order and rolled the dice.
45 minutes later I rec’d a call that the driver was in the driver. I paid, grabbed my grub and scurried back up to my room. Surprisingly everything was exactly as I had hoped. They actually exceed my expectations. Bacon Cheddar Burger was cooked to perfection. Topped with lettuce, tomato and onion with mayo on the side. Burgers and mash potatoes were actually hot just like they’d be in the restaurant. Amazing! I was also craving mozzarella sticks although I knew it was overkill. I was right… lol
I definitely recommend Uno to anyone looking for a fairly diverse menu and decent food. They even have a gluten free menu in addition to burgers, salads, soups, seafood, steaks, pasta, appetizers, sandwiches and a kids menu.

Great experience today at Uno. Thank you to Uno management team for getting us to give Uno another try after our last experience. The pizza was cooked perfectly (not too doughy, and crisp enough). The toppings tasted fresh and were full of flavor. Service was attentive, friendly.

I’ve been to this Uno several times over the years. Being open until 2 AM has definitely been a life saver after a late night at the park. They’ve recently — or since my last visit — added some outdoor seating. While watching traffic on 535 isn’t the best thing to look at, it is nice to have an option for outdoor seating.
I alternate between the Cheese & Tomato or the Chicago Classic. I have branched out and tried the Farmer’s Market (veggie) and the Four Cheese as well. When it comes to foodstuffs other than pizza, that is a rarity. However, the Pizza Skins appetizer is always a favorite to share with my niece and/​or nephew.
They can get quite busy and this tends to be the spot for large parties of 10 – 12 to end up because they are accommodating to that size of a crowd while most restaurants are a little harder to get into on a regular basis. The tabletop kiosk for ordering apps, drink refills and/​or desserts, is always a hit with the kids, big & little alike.

I was in a last minute bind to find a place that would take reservations for a large group of 11 that was not only kid friendly but budget friendly. And all for a busy Friday evening. Even thought I am not a big fan of pizza (hey, don’t shoot me!) it seemed like the logical choice. I called 2 locations of a certain pizza chain but both told me they didn’t take reservations and could only tell me they would be slammed due to a volleyball convention. I decided to call UNO on a whim and was pleasantly surprised that they were willing to accommodate my request on such short notice!
Upon arrival to the restaurant, I checked in at the hostess stand and within minutes we were seated. I was so impressed to see that the table for 11 had already been set up for us and it wasn’t the usual scene of frantic servers pushing tables together.
From that moment on, our entire experience was fantastic. Our server was patient — you have to be with a large party with some taking a little longer to give their entrée selections. The menu is a bit overwhelming so I recommend looking at it ahead of time if you are able. And they do have non pizza options so don’t be alarmed. Their signature crust is the Chicago deep dish style but UNO also offers flatbreads and an artisan crust option. I ordered the individual personal pan pizza in the Chicken Spinach which is one of the newer deep dish creations. It’s the perfect size for one person and I still only ate ½ the pan. On a side note, against my better judgment I ordered a side Caesar salad to go with my meal. I expected a small little plate of greens. Their «side salads» are huuuge! I think it contributed to why I felt so full so quickly. So I would skip that additional charge and go straight for the main meal.
That way you have room for dessert… more specifically the UNO deep dish sundae! You can’t go wrong with cookies, ice cream, whipped cream and chocolate syrup! Yum!
There were a few hiccups with the bill but that’s to be expected when splitting checks across a large group.
The restaurant is rather lively and was very busy the majority of the time we were there. There were several people working the restaurant offering to make balloon animals for the children (for a tip of course). Overall I was very impressed with service from the time I called to make a reservation up until the end of our dinner. The employees really made our experience! Kudos to the staff!

At the doorstep of Walt Disney World, this is definitely on the top 10 of my favorite casual dining restaurants!
I’m so looking forward to sinking my teeth into a deep dish pizza tonight, yum! Not super busy at 7;20p on a Friday nite, 15 minute Waite is reasonable, don’t talk think?
So get this, I’m having a mint tea, southern style, wedge salad and a «Chicago Style» deep dish, which translates to crumbled sausage, lumpy tomatoes and «lotsa» cheese…
Heck, this salad is even better then I thought,
Well I was right, the pizza was served piping hot and the taste was just insanely good!

While in the vacation resort mode we needed to get out and get something different. Since we don’t have this chain or pizza option where we live this was a good choice.
We were seated immediately and the hostess was pleasant. Our server was friendly but didn’t hover and made sure we had what we requested.
The pizza was delicious and the ingredients appeared fresh.
Parking is free and plentiful.
If we were in the area we would not hesitate visiting again.

Ótima opção para quem precisa jantar tarde. Na volta de um parque por exemplo. Restaurante bem localizado e atendentes ótimos. Tem um sistema de escolha através de um dispositivo que fica na mesa o que facilita a escolha e agiliza o serviço. Estive com minha mulher e filho de 9 anos. Pedimos uma salada com queijo de cabra, pizza e pasta com camarões. As folhas estavam super frescas e o tempero adocicado com vinagre balsâmico harmônico e saboroso. A pizza tem ótima apresentação, mozarela de qualidade, porém a massa é um pouco dura. As pastas estavam ótimas, ao dente, com ótimo molho e camarões vem frescos.
Não pedimos sobremesas, apesar de existirem várias opções que pareciam bem interessantes.
