Up In Smoke

Worst place ever!!! Do not buy any product that requires charging or a battery from this establishment!!! In the past 37 days, I have had to go back and battle with these clowns over my vape pen three times!!! I’ve recently quit smoking cigarettes and wanted to try a safer alternative. They convinced me to buy «their» pen. The Breeze!!! Might as well named the shitiest product on this planet! Nothing but problems. Finally decided to upgrade, because you get what you pay for. Not the case. Right out of the package the new pen has a bum charger and two useless coils!!! I haven’t been able to use it and it’s only one day old. The guy behind the counter Sam, reiterated to me that if something was wrong with this unit, that I would have to send it back to the manufacturer, that they wouldn’t replace nor exchange any part of this particular pen. How could the charger and both coils be bad right off the bat??? It’s as if they only buy terrible, broken horse-​shit! So disappointed in this place. Oh and the customer is never right here… Do not spend a dime in this place!!! You might as well just set your money on fire…

I Have been wanting for awhile to get a vaporizer to smoke herbs. I had done my research and came up with a product called the Gpro. It was endorsed by Snoop Dog. Being a fan of the dog I thought this is for me. I went to UP IN SMOKE TOBBACO SHOP AT 4434 HOFFNER AVE BELLE ISLE FL. NEAR ORLANDO AIRPORT. Anyway so they have one, and I go to pay. I go to pay with my card and the clerk says if you pay cash there will be no tax. The Gpro is $ 99.99 so i would save like $ 7 DOLLARS. Ok so I give the guy a C NOTE. WHEn i get home there is no reciept in the bag! What just happened? Who got ripped off? Well less than two weeks later, the vaporizer doesnt work, The warranty requires a reciept. No reciept there is a charge. What a pain in the ass! Dont go here, They ripping off the customer, uncle sam and probaly the manufacture. Stay away from this place. Find another way to buy your products.
