I keep writing reviews for here and they never show up? Sifu Kee runs a awesome school. He is a kind and patient teacher who treats each of his students with respect. The costs for classes is relatively inexpensive. Classes are offered for all ages and physical condition. Hours will vary unless you have a private lesson. Overall I believe it is the best martial arts school I know, with the focus always being family and students rather than profit.

Signing up for Kung Fu at Wah Lum of North Orlando was a last ditch effort to get into martial arts. I went into it fully expecting to quit in a few months, as I did with a Karate class in my childhood and a Tae Kwon Do one in college. 2 years later, I’m still going. The difference for me at Wah Lum of North Orlando is the family-run atmosphere. When I joined, I became a part of a community and a tradition. Their school is a lifestyle for them, not just a business. That type of atmosphere is infectious and acted as a motivator for me to stick to it. I realized later that what was missing for me in the other schools I attended was what I can only describe as «soul». I can tell you what the style is like, the history, etc., but I’m sure you can Google that and find out yourself. Instead, I’ll tell you that for a quitter, I haven’t quit. Taking lessons here has improved my focus, has helped me surpass some of my fitness fears(before coming here I probably worked out a collective 15 times per year), and has encouraged me to set and keep goals. In the beginning, I went for fitness. That goal was met. Now I go because I love the style and because I am noticing how it is positively affecting other aspects of my life.
