I want this to be a good pharmacy as it is really close to my house, but twice now my doctor has called in a prescription only to get voicemail at the pharmacy(during normal pharmacy hours). Both times I waited several hours before going to pick up the prescription. The first time they told me that the voicemail had cut off the second of two prescriptions(they didn’t bother to fill the first one or to contact me or my doctor). Okay, maybe a bad day. This time, when I wet to pick up my prescription, I was told they didn’t have any prescription for me, but then checked their voicemail and realized it was there. I was told to come back in a half an hour — which I did. When I returned, the prescription had not been started and I overheard one employee tell another that they needed to work on the emergencies NOW — which I guess my prescription had become. I will be patronizing CVS from now on.
