WoW is the best!!! Going way above & beyond just yoga and paddleboarding, they have taken numerous activities and created killer-combo platform of unique services. It has been awesome spending the last several years with them as they’ve helped my daughters, mother, friends & I push the limits to new exciting experiences… Thanks guys!!!

I’ve done the SUP Bala Tula-fusion fitness W/Jessica class twice now and love it. I’ve SUP’d and done yoga on the boards with other companies/trainers. I enjoyed myself with those companies but Jess has taken me to another level with knowledge. She has explained what to do in a way that I am finding I have better posture etc in my every day life. She brought to my attention things to be aware of and think about while I am «living». I’m scheduled for two more classes and am excited to keep learning more. If you are a beginner you are in WONDERFUL hands, Jess will walk you through what you need to do while providing veterans a way to push themselves as well. DON’T BEINTIMATED — just get on the board, enjoy the beautiful view and get a good stretch. You’ll be hooked in no time.

I recommend Wave of Wellness to every one I know. I’ve tried other classes before, but never found instructors that were quite right for me. Not sure what«right» is exactly, I just know that I always feel comfortable in class. If I’m not feeling 100% I always know I can do things at my own pace without being called out or treated differently. Every one has good days and bad days, and if I was going to any other instructors, I prob wouldn’t show up on bad days. I have been taking pilates and indoor/outdoor cardio(and a couple yogo) classes off and on for most of this year and I don’t think I would have liked as much if it hadn’t been for Jessica. Jessica offers a personalized touch even in the larger classes, which I really love because I never know if I’m doing things right. She makes sure to keep an eye on every one to ensure we get the most out of class. She also offers a nice variety and offers classes at various locations. I go to pilates right by my house twice a week, and class is always different. Sometimes we use the big yoga ball, sometimes we do mat pilates, and sometimes we use medicine balls. This keeps things fresh so you don’t get bored. I also do her cardio classes, indoor in the summer and an outdoor one in the colder months. It’s a lot of work, but it’s really awesome and I always feel really good afterward. Wave of Wellness comes highly recommended by me!
