Weichert Realtors – Hallmark Properties Southwest

Very upset and hurt on how I was treated with a realtor agent named Georina Mcbride aka Jerri in Orlando, FL. Took my time making and appointment with Georina to see a property that I was so ready to fill the application right then and there and rent this home. But she never informed me to knock on the door and I did not want to knock on the door because there was still tenants living in the property and I did not want to disturb. Now I’m on the drive way waiting (my appointment was at 3:00) and by 3:05 I decided to call in the office to see what was going on with her. On top of that Georina decided she wanted to double deal the same time of my appointment. The man came as well and it seemed like he was coming last minute to see the property unlike me I made the appointment 24 hours ago. Even though I made my appointment and I was right behind the man Georina (or Jerri) peaked her head out from the door, used hand gesture like waving me away (like if I was some sort poor person begging for money or even a child) and tells me that I was late?! Georina (or Jerri) never informed me to knock on the door and she doesn’t even have a mobile number! I was waiting on the driveway for a minutes, I was even informed at the office that she was probably on her way and this whole time she was in the property. I had to wait 10 minutes in front of the door with my friend so I can see the house, by then I felt like there was no point of making an appointment. I even felt like I was discriminated too because I am in my 20s and the man that ended up skipping my turn was alot older than me, almost like if he probably had a better income than me which it wouldn’t been true at all, I have two high paying jobs who knows if he did or not… By the time my friend and I finally got inside she didn’t even apologized or excused herself in how she handled my arrival to the property. Her demeanor was HORRIBLE. My friend as well was looking out for me and he does real estate (commercial) and the minute Georina (Jerri) stepped out her bounds, he stepped out his as well. My friend explain to her that everything she was doing and how she put herself is UNPROFESSIONAL. She even had a mean look to her face and using hand gestures like if I was crap. She even treated me like if I was the one that was telling her she was unprofessional, almost like it didn’t matter that I took my time off that day to see the property. I was treated very bad and I was very unmotivated to look at the house it was absolutely discouraging and upsetting. It is very hard to believe that this agent was trained. I call the local office for a whole week and couldn’t reach the agent, left so many messages. I spent 30 days looking for a home for my two kids and I. I want the best for them and I was even excited for this property because it was near their school. I will never recommend anybody to go through this company for sale or rent. The experience I had I never would want anybody even someone I dislike to go through. This is by far the most incompetent presentation.

Jerry Mcbride is the most inept property manager I have ever encountered. From taking forever to call us back about problems that lasted for months and cost us hundreds of dollars to her failing to realize she is the go-​between for the renters and owners she failed us at every chance she had. While I cannot speak for the entire office, the fact that she could remain employed there means either they don’t know how bad she is or they just don’t care. Either way I would look elsewhere for your realty needs. You would think being right next to Windermere they would be a little more upscale and on point about everything. Simply could not be further from the case.
