Wendy’s

I will start by saying I’m not much of a poster on Unilocal.I am a casual user but I don’t always post like I should. Tonight I am compelled to post because of the ridiculous experience we just had.
I had Unilocal open because my family and I were considering a sit down restaurant and were checking out what was local on maps. My 2 year old started asking for juice so we decided to just go through a driver thru. We like Wendy’s and this location was on our way — decision made.
As we got into the drive thru we noticed the long line so I picked up my phone to check email. Unilocal was still open and on a lark I checked out the reviews. I was shocked to see how badly they were rated. I mentioned it to my husband and we concluded they must just be reviews from people who’d had bad days. How cold they really only have one star?
Fast forward TWENTY minutes and I am here to say — believe the other reviews. I can’t bring myself to detail all the problems — terrible customer service, excessive wait time, employee apathy, incorrect order, drinks that were horribly mixed and on and on. Believe the terrible reputation this location has and just avoid it.
Wish I could give it 0 stars.

So the drive thru line was super long and they got my order wrong. I felt sick after eating my crispy chicken sandwich. Probably used old oil. I don’t recommend.

Don’t come after dark. The drive thru boasts a 15 minute wait at least. Not worth it.

I think I was at Wendy’s but the young lady and the register spoke so low that I could not hear what she was saying and I do not have a hearing disability. Then as I ordered my burger they said that they were out of pickles how can a burger joint be out of pickles. I ordered a frosty the young lady took my money when she gave me my burger decided to say that they were out of chocolate frosty but I can wait 5 minutes well they make more. Then when in the lobby I tried to get ketchup out of ketchup too.
Whomever is in responsible for ordering supplies should be fired
