Do not stay here! Bed bugs! Bed bugs! If you care about your family– do not book a stay here, they would not refund nights stay even after we had bug bites on our skin.

This place was awesome. We traveled from SC with a toddler and 2 teenaged girls. There were activities planned everyday and evening. The room was spacious, it had a full kitchen and two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The first room had 2 twin beds in it great for the girls. The other bedroom had a king bad and an on suite bathroom. There was also a pull out couch. The pool and Jacuzzi area is open until 10pm they also have an activity room for the smaller kids. Service was excellent. Only complaint no free WiFi. It was $ 9.99 per day. Location was great near grocery and about 4mikes from the premium outlets. Kids enjoyed staying here and we will definitely return.

Stayed here last-minute on Memorial weekend. I was absolutely surprised by how big the room (s) was. The décor and appliances are modern and very clean while still feeling cozy. A nice detail was that there were several thin sheet blankets and a nice thick comforter on top, which I always appreciate. Check-in and checkout were a breeze and everyone we talked to on the phone or at the front desks were very helpful, friendly, and kind. The resort is far from the highways and main roads so its quiet and peaceful without being too far from Disney etc. There was also a very extensive room service menu in the kitchen and the prices looked really decent even though I didnt order anything. Would definitely stay again for one night or extended stay.
