Wine and Canvas

I arrived at 5.30 pm to pick out seat for my friend and I. After placing the canvases to save my spot, I went to the bar to order a drink. An associate came up and asked me if I would be willing to move so another party could sit together. I told her I would not because I arrived early to pick out the seats I wanted. When I got back to our stations, our seats had been taken. The ladies said they were told they could sit there. My friend and I had to find alternate spaces.
The instructor last night was not very engaged in the class. Everything she did felt rushed. I’ve attended Paint Night and Painting with a Twist and did not have this kind of service.
Mimi’s Café in Melbourne is not a great set up in my opinion. If you don’t get a «good seat» it’s very difficult to see. I picked out good seats and they were given away against my permission.
After bringing this to the attention of of the specific associate, she apologized for the confusion.
