Winn-Dixie

After suffering with them for nearly 5 years, I have finally thrown in the towel. Dealt with it because of the location and quicker to get to than Publix and other stores. Lately, the inconsistencies with customer service are what finally took the cake. They act as if they don’t care if you come back or not. It’s not just here. The next closest location is even worse and not as clean. Every time I went in, there was always an issue. No more grinning and bearing it. Taking my money where it seems better appreciated.
I liked the fact that I could build discounts off gas with their card but that isn’t even enough to make me go back. A couple of the employees were really great but unfortunately the bad finally outweighed the good.
Publix and Trader Joes will get my money from here on out. Better customer service so well worth the drive!

I live within a stones throw of this place and avoid it at all costs. Prices are marked up and you have to be a member of the rewards program just to pay regular prices. Never enough registers open, I am in line right now and the cashiers scanner is broken so she is keying in all of the person in front of me coupons buy hand, when I took my two potatoes to the customer service section they stated that they did not have a scale at the customer service register and would have to carry my potatoes back to another line to be weighed which is a total customer dis service.
After living here for 2 years I can honestly say in every attempt that I have had to try and give them a chance have all backfired which is a total shame because I can walk to the store from my house but instead have to travel up the road to Walmart or Publix to get what I want

My neighborhood Winn Dixie, this store has been here for as long as i can remember, but it’s clean, great selection, veggies and fruit are fresh fresh… always have great meal deals… mo go to store!

This Winn-​Dixie is close to the house. The selection is hit or miss for some of the more advertised products. Like no Johnsonville Brats… awwwww mannnnn. The produce section is very small and only has the basics — no exotic fruits or veg really. The bakery and deli are small but have fresh goods. Rest of the store is decent, including the meat and frozen sections. Clean most times and staff is usually younger (16 – 22) but nice.
