It’s very nice when you go to a restaurant or bar and you get a server that make you feel welcome. Amazing service very professional and friendly environment. The veggie flatbread has great flavor and the fries were not greasy and have a nice spice balance. Perfect place to get a beer and appetizer to go with friends and chat.

Great location. Every time I’ve been, the service has been on point. The happy hour menu accommodates everyone and they always have events during the week that should catch anyone’s attention. Great scenery on Lake Eola. Come check it out if you’re in the area and want a great place to grab a drink and some delicious pub food.

Service is shotty when they are busy, but if you catch a late night weeknight crowd it is a great place to have a beer and unwind next to lake eola. Go at sunset

I have been to this location a handful of times, this may be the only time I actually liked my waitress, Jamie! The others am have been very sweet, but didn’t have any beer knowledge, which is the point of this bar, is to know beer a guide your customers. Besides that, everybody is super nice the food is amazingly good and they seem to always have some kind of event going on, which is awesome!

Awesome view. Great beer selection. Every server I’ve had was great as well. And pet friendly. This location has liquor. Much better than the wob in altamonte.

Nice night, live music, and my attender Melissa smile face fast and corteuss, this its a place to comeback Disappoint for my last review, my attender Tina was smart and nice, but the bar tender was very rude with my wife when she try only to see 6 feet away, the beer bottles collection in the fridge! Also The bathroom dirt!

You definitely don’t come here for the food that’s for sure. There’s better places to eat downtown. But the view tho! One of the best views of Lake Eola. Great vibes here for drinking and relaxing. They have live music sometimes. It’s beautiful during the day to come out, grab a drink, and enjoy the pretty view of the lake. I wouldn’t have high expectations on the food.

This location is always a hit or miss for me. I have had encounters with exceptional service but I have also had less than ideal experiences where we are ignored or our orders never show up. What I like about this location is the outside section. It is perfect for cool winter days or a nice breezy night. I have also brought my dogs here a few times which is cool(always cute dogs to spot here!). Now the food and drinks. LOVETHETAVERNTOTS! Don’t come here without ordering them! Brunch is also very good and decently priced. I have had some of the cocktails and ehhh — I’ll stick to the beer.

Thank you Taylor for putting up with my group on a second Thursday and making my beer decision for me so I didn’t have to harass Grace at Dr. Phillips! You’re awesomeness is definitely up there! Thank you Great view great service– love Joe! Thanks for taking care of us today! To update, Tina is awesome! She made me feel like I was at my home WOB. She put up with my indecisiveness on my beer choices and took awesome care of my friends and I! Thank you Tina!!! You’re stuck with us now!

Disappointed with my first visit to this WOB location. Food was mediocre, order was wrong, one in our group was served a beer with clear lipstick marks on it. When I received my bill seems some of the happy hour specials were charged at regular price(our server corrected it). I was charged extra for cheese on a cheeseburger. Tavern fries were extra even though the menu stated that they came with the burgers. Our server said it was a misprint on the menu. Compared to other WOB locations, this one did not have their act together for our visit. They have a great location, they should focus on the service a little more.

Nice place to go to for casual drinks/food. I only had a couple of drinks, no food, but the server was super nice and checked on us often. The white peach sangria was really good. The perfect stormy was a bit sweet for my liking, but it wasn’t bad. I’d come here again for some casual drinks.

This World of Beer Location is very good. The food is pretty great and they have a huge collection of beers. This is a great option for beer lovers. They recommended me a very nice Tampa IPA that was delicious.

This location is very large and spacious. I believe it’s one of the biggest in Florida. It’s also one of the few locations that also serves liquor. Be careful, some of the cocktails are rather sweet, but you can always ask to make it a double if that’s more your style. I really like that there’s sometimes bands performing and the outdoor seating is gorgeous and relaxing.

A review from a non-drinker’s perspective! I much prefer going with my(drinking) friends to WoB than most bars downtown as the food is great for somewhere that mainly specialises in beer. Be sure to try the German Pretzel with beer cheese dip, an enormous soft salty pretzel which is plenty for 2 – 3 people to share. The mac & cheese is very good too, a small portion of creamy macaroni topped with crunchy bacon and breadcrumbs(ideal to eat alone or share with someone else). If you’re in the mood for dessert, the S’mores Waffles are smothered in chocolate and marshmallow goodness — filling but delicious! Although I don’t drink, it’d be the first place I’d recommend for any friends who do. The huge selection of beers means even regular visitors would probably take years to try every single one — you can also use the app to keep a record and to research new ones. Regular raffle competitions and a worthwhile loyalty programme are excellent incentives to keep coming back. Not to mention the lakeside location makes it a scenic place to spend a few hours with friends on a lazy weekend. My only complaint is that although the staff are always friendly, service can be less than great during evenings and weekends as it can get incredibly busy, but don’t let that put you off!

So far this location is the best WOB I’ve ever been to. This location is located off Lake Eola. There’s a ton of outdoor seating and indoor seating. You have the option of sitting at the bar or grabbing a table for full service. They offer beers from all of the world — hence the name, «World of Beer». The one thing that«wowed» me — is the fact that they serve food. I’ve never been to a WOB that serves food. On the menu they have a nice selection of appetizers, soups and salads, flatbreads, burgers and sandwiches, and desert. Since I was coming straight from dinner, I didn’t have a chance to try anything on their menu. The one think that sparked my eye was the German pretzel with house-made beer cheese. A lot of people had these huge pretzels sitting on their tables. I probably should of just ordered one. I heard there’s a WOB coming to South Florida that will serve food. I’m def looking forward to trying the food. If I’m ever back to this area, I’ll definitely order an Angry Orchard & a German pretzel.
