Called ahead for three pedicures. On arrival two of our three got pedicures while I sat with my get in water for 45 minutes. I was told that after we called to schedule they took walk ins before us. So needless to say after 45 minutes and wrinkled feet I never got a pedicure. Will not be back.

Great service and were able to accommodate me immediately. Tiffanie and Thinh were a delight to work with and very thorough. Thinh was also excellent with my 6 year old. She never speaks to many people when she first meets them, but she talked his ear off. The place was extremely clean and was very well ventilated. I felt comfortable bringing my little one along with me. I am pretty picky and reserved with my referrals. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking. The other nail places I looked at in the area could not even compare.

This place is really nice and clean, but the lady who did my nails did a HORRIBLE job. She did not ask me what shape I want, I had to stop her and tell her. I also had to point out that one of my nails was extremely crooked and one wasn’t the same shape as the others. If I hadn’t pointed that out, she would’ve let me leave like that. For a $ 25 regular fill, I would expect better than that. The salon I regularly go to charges $ 30 for a gel fill. I think I’ll continue to go there instead.

Amazing! The Salon is beautiful and very clean! The staff is professional and they did an amazing job on my nails. The man that did my nails took his time and made sure everything was perfect! I am so beyond satisfied! I will definitely be back!

They do a great job with mani pedis. I usually get gel here and their quality of nail polishes are very good. Even gel lasts more than a month for me without any chips. Overall, good clean environment and friendly staff.

This is definitely a 4.5 for me. No nail salon is perfect 5 still haven’t found one but it’s definitely not a 4. There is always availability. They go out of their way to accommodate appt and they accommodate your time constraints (like if you come during your lunch hour). The place is super clean and zen-like. Wide open space, white and clean décor. They offer you water, wine etc and the staff is very friendly. I have arrived on a busy day and the owner herself has done my pedicure to ensure I didn’t wait. My coworkers turned me on to the place me and now I spreading the word to the few people I know in Orlando.
I’ve read the negative reviews here and quite frankly I would recommend them to go back and give them a second chance.
I also love their nail color selection and the fact they organize shellac color with regular color so that you don’t have to go around searching how to match mani color with pedi.

I had such a wonderful experience here! It was exactly what I was looking for. I came here on a Monday afternoon as a walk-in and they took me in right away. I had first gone to another nail salon in the Whole Foods shopping center that told me the wait for a manicure at 1:30pm on a Monday was an hour so I walked a half a block more to You Nails and I’m so happy I did. The gel manicure I got was the best I’ve ever had!!! Ben, my nail tech was skillful, professional am very nice! Thanks again You Nails for pampering a girl on her vacation :)

Never have I ever had such a terrible experience at a nail salon. Nor have I ever had such a botched full set.
I came in two hours before close and my technician got pissy because the manager asked him to stay to do mine. He rushed through my service to get out of there as soon as he could. He filed them completely crooked and unevenly. And didn’t put a base coat on for my gels.
So now, only a week later, I have two broken nails and three of my nail’s polishes have peeled off.
I’ve been getting acrylics for years and I’ve never had such a negative experience or such a terrible nail job.
I’m an extremely disappointed and feel like I completely wasted my money here. The place is beautiful and clean and the management seems great. But I can’t say that I’ll ever be back. All because one nail tech rushed and gave me the poorest nail experience I’ve ever had.

An absolutely perfect experience today. I’m always leery about salons when I’m out of town but this was a great find (thanks to Jenni at the Hampton Inn.) I brought my 7 year old in with me and Ben was great with her. Tiffany was very sweet and professional. we will definitely be back next year.

Where to start! This place is awesome! Extremely clean, not over priced, decorated adorable, large selection of polishes they do a fantastic job as well! I got a gel mani and pedicure & it was so relaxing and looked awesome! The owner Paige went above and beyond in accommodating me and my girlfriends needs!!! If you have a group or want a great reliable place to get your nails done and not over pay this is without a doubt the place to go! I can’t wait to go back!!!

Sorry guys. I have to disagree with the rest if you. While the salon was clean and professional, my tech did little to make me feel welcome. No drink, tried to sell me gel nails instead of what I wanted. Fair technique: took too much off the natural nail for my preference and got awfully close to the cuticle on some of them. Set the dryer on too short a time also so color smudged. Not terrible but not terrific either. I vote no.

The nail tech did a good job on my nails. The reason for the three stars was first the water was toooo hot and I tried telling her but she didn’t care or understand then she kept stopping to watch the World Cup. Customers first then watch tv they lacked customer service that day

Great experience here! I got my first gel manicure and was able to walk right in without an appointment. The technician was quick and very friendly, and my nails look great! The salon was very clean and had a nice modern look. Gel manicure was $ 30, very reasonable. I’ll definitely be back!

I’m happy to have found YOU Nails Salon Spa for my routine manicure/pedicures. I’m always able to walk in, without an appointment, and be immediately assisted. It’s a nice change to not have to wait an extended period of time. I’ve had several of the nail techs and they are all friendly, take their time, and don’t try to push you to purchase additional services. They have an array of polish color choices. Very clean, with a relaxing atmosphere.

I had a great time at YOU Nails Salon Spa. My nail tech was awesome, very talkative, and very gentle. My manicure looks amazing and has lasted without any chips or scrapes. The manicure cost $ 15.
YOU Nails is a really cute and boutique nail/salon. They were super clean and very friendly. It is a bit of a walk from the Wyndham Hotel (where I was staying) and come to find out there are other salons closer to the hotel. But considering that I wanted sushi at this awesome place across the street, YOU Nails worked out really well.
The reviews seem to be a little hit and miss, but I say give them a try!

I stumbled into this nail salon while looking to kill some time while my friend got her hair done. They posted a price list in the window and, compared to what I pay in DC, this place was very reasonable.
A classic manicure/pedicure combo will set you back $ 40. I opted to upgrade to shellac for my nails and it was an additional $ 15. Still a deal, as far as I’m concerned. They had a large variety of OPI nail polish colors, as well as a large amount of shellac, OPI gel, and axxium gel.
The nail salon has a very tranquil and spa-like atmosphere: lots of white on white, quiet and serene, and impeccably clean. If I lived in the area, I would make this place my absolute go-to for my nail services.
