Great food and fast service. The zingers are the best and the salads are great! Great value in the amount of food you get!

Wing and things never disappoint. Usually get them plain with hot sauce on the side. Tenders are always good. I’m a big fan of zaxbys and the grilled cheese is always good to get on the side. My favorite fast food chain lol. Go zaxbys! It’s in a bad location though.
Smh fucked my order up asked for wings plain hot sauce on the side and they had sauce all over it smh. Can’t go back because they are closed FML

I really like eating at this chain of restaurants. This was one of my favorite places when I lived in North Carolina. I had been missing the food and I did a search on Unilocal and found this location not to far away. My husband and I came and we are glad we did. The food was as we remember and the place was clean. I was a little disappointed with presentation but it is not a deal breaker for me. We will make the trip again. Recommended.

We were excited to see this new chain open up on the east side of colonial near Chuluota. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. The chicken is very dry and the bread soggy. Meals are overpriced.

First time here, great service and food was good sept the chicken fingers were slightly on the dry side, but over all a good first experience. The girl in the drive thru gave me the wrong chicken I asked for boneless but she gave me original and was very apologetic about it and gave use the right chicken and let us keep the wrong order too and she was really sweet. That whole experience is why I’m giving this place 3 stars. There is room for improvement but I have faith if they work at it this pace can be a favorite for most in the area.

I decided to give them another try the other day, since now they’ve been open for a few months. Still very poor quality food! For the price of Zaxbys and the quality of the food at their other restaurants, I expect way more.
The chicken tenders were thin and tiny, and so dry I could barely chew them. Why am I spending $ 10 for chicken fingers, fries, and a drink here, when it’s disgusting and barely edible?
They need to get their act together! I’m sad because I really was looking forward to another food option in this area!

This is the worst fast food in this area. My family and I were excited to have it built as there is no fast food competition around but when we tried it we were all let down. All the food had a burnt taste too it. I thought it was my imagination but my two and three year olds would not eat it past the first bite of there chicken tenders. Even the fries were a let down. We blamed it on the fact that it was recently built but our friends have since been and had the same impression. Big letdown as we really don’t like the burger and taco chains in the area!

Chicken fingers are so so, but have had two different chicken sandwiches which were very tasty. Service is OK but it is fast food after all, although «fast» is a bit of a stretch. Seems a bit pricey.

Disappointing visit. 20 minutes wait for my sandwich. What the hell? Then I had to rebuild the sandwich. Lettuce on one side, tomato ½ off of bun, and had to put the chicken back on the bun.
Won’t be back here. I expected more from this chain. Manager g SD a dumb look when I said something.

Big Disappointment!!! Ok this was my third trip (26 miles each way). First trip closed for training but I was informed by the Assistant Manager they would by open on 09/​29/​2014. I thought sweet I’ll come back. Well on the second trip as I was walking towards the front entrance I was surprised when the door opened and a employee informed me they were not open yet due to training. Huh again??? He informed me that they would be opening on 10/​06/​2014. Ok easy to remember due to that being our Wedding Anniversary!!! I had been thinking about not going that it was a waste of my time. Well my wife talked me into going today (10/​08/​2014) for lunch. We arrived at 11:30am. My wife ordered the Cajun Club Basket with a small drink. I ordered the Large Buffalo Plate with Nuclear Sauce. When everything came up it looked yummy!!! We were excited and started in on the Crinkle Fries only to look at each other realizing they were cold and tasteless (no seasoning). My wife went up to the counter and informed the Manager watching the cashiers. She apologized and told my wife she would bring us fresh hot fries. The Manager was fast… she had the fries at our table just as my wife sat down. Again she apologized and left us to enjoy our meals. The new Crinkle Fries were hot but still tasteless. We started in on our chicken only to find the chicken just as cold as the fries. Garlic Toast, you mean cold Buttered Toast… Dam!!! I figured I would let one of the three girls working the dining room know figuring someone would ask how we were doing. Unfortunately they kept walking by not even looking our way. Disappointed? Yes! Will we come back? Who knows…
