We purchased a set of Adirondack Chairs and side table while on vacation in Brewster, MA and had them shipped to our home in New Hampshire. Sharon Walter was extremely helpful in helping us choose the right chairs for our purposes. They are extremely comfortable. We had a tight window where we would be able to receive the chairs upon our return home. We were scheduled to travel again. The chairs arrived on time and they are perfect for our needs. We attribute this to Sharon’s expertise and willingness to take the time to explore the specific attributes we were seeking. We liked the set so much we immediately purchased a second matching table.

I think the best proof of a business’ commitment to customer service is the response when that customer has a problem. Almost 3 years ago, I bought two expensive Winston chairs & Ottomans for my deck. Recently, the welding on one chair set came undone.
I couldn’t find my original receipt, so Sharon Wather advised me to check with my bank /​VISA account holder to find proof of my purchase so long ago. Once I was able to get this to her, Sharon searched the records at Island Lifestyles and was able to provide all necessary documentation to Winston to have the chair repaired at no cost to me.
Winston advised Island Lifestyles to have the chair welding done locally, and they could not have been more helpful in getting this resolved and returning the chair to me (in perfect condition)!
They were helpful, communicative and extremely pleasant to work with and made it a point to get the chair back to me in time for a planned backyard event.
While their inventory is high-​end and somewhat expensive, it’s sometimes worth the extra outlay to receive this type on ongoing exemplary customer service. I would definitely purchase from Island Lifestyles again!
