We had them work on our home in Eastham and it was one of the most unpleasant experiences of our lives. The work was late, some was very shoddy, some still unfinished. Mark Nickerson was extremely unpleasant to work with. A job that should have taken 3 months stretched to almost 10. He went over budget and blamed us for change orders he initiated. He used materials that were special ordered for other jobs at our home, such as a 30″ exterior door, and then claimed we had requested it. I cannot open my refrigerator door fully and he said I wanted it that way. I cried many times.
