I have only been here 4 times. Each time for party foods. They have some incredible meats and even stuffed mushrooms and even vegetarian choices. The staff us been great helping me pick out items that all went over very well at home cookout parties.

The best beef brisket sandwich I have ever had, it and the the pulled pork sandwich, are only available on Thursday, through Saturdays. But it’s worth waiting for, and only 5 bucks for a HUGE sandwich. They have a great selection of cold cuts and the best butchers counter in the area. It’s the only butchers shop outside Orlando that I have been to, that everyone is proud of working at, and happy to assist you. I really can’t recommend them enough, the prices are good, and the place is spotlessly clean

Gaff’s sells great meats inside and out. Last week, with the urging of my coworkers(and also their orders), I got the pulled pork sandwich. Let me tell you what, that stuff is absolutely phenomenal. The pork is the soft, melt-in-your-mouth sort that, against all instincts telling you to gobble it right down because it tastes so good, you savor bite after delicious bite. Their barbeque sauce only enhances the sandwich’s awesomeness, and somehow, even though I drove the sandwiches all the way back to the office instead of consuming them on-premises at one of the shaded picnic tables, the rolls did not get soggy. If I could take off half a star, I would, though ONLY because they only prepare this amazing fare on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays! That was lunch. Over the weekend, I decided to make a brisket for my family, and even though it was fairly crowded, the butcher gladly cut the four-pound slab into half-inch slices for me. Although it may have more to do with the recipe I used, the brisket turned out amazing and I will definitely be returning to Gaff’s — both for more dinner meats and for their spectacular lunch barbeque.
