Awful company. Keep telling me stories after stories. They sent me damaged parts and they where happy to replace them but are yet to ship them. it has been 10 days since the replacement order was made and was told they where shipping that day or the next. well after they didn’t I called that Wednesday and they said the same thing so Friday comes still haven’t shipped and I call and was yet again told the same story. I called the following Monday and they tried to tell me that they are waiting on the vendor. I looked the part up online and it said in stock so had a friend of mine order some for him and what do you know his shipped mine still in processing. they are full of lies

J&P customer service is TERRIBLE. I ordered a windshield that their website showed as in-stock on February 19th. After multiple chats with their service team, no one was able to provide me with a status as to why it hadn’t yet shipped. One support agent said she asked her supervisor 6 days ago, and hasn’t yet received a response. Another support agent said they’re experiencing delays due to a move. This same windshield is available at , and they will ship it in 2 days. Meanwhile, I cancelled my order on March 8th and am hoping that they credit my PayPal account that was charged on the day I placed the order. I regret purchasing J&P’s «Gold Club Membership» for $ 39.99. They’re great at taking money, but poor at delivering the product.

Best shop for parts and guidance. So lucky to have them close by. Everybody here is great and treats you like a friend. And of course they have very good quality parts and helpful techs. Sometimes you have to order stuff, but they have a huge selection of in-stock parts as well.

Fantastic customer service and shipping speed. First time ordering and they lived up to the good reviews. Can’t speak for anyone else’s experience good or bad, but mine was very very good. I gave the wrong address for my cc and was contacted quickly, but I thought it would delay the delivery & I was disappointed, but to my delight the package arrived far quicker than I had originally expected. I’m very happy with the packaging and accuracy of the order. Online customer service chat was convenient, knowledgeable and easy as well, with a follow-up email of the conversation. First class operation!

I’ve placed a few orders with J&P. I haven’t had any issues with them. Their J&P brand parts are usually comprable to branded at half the price. And they are fairly competitive with their pricing of branded parts Also ordering ordering parts after hours on a Monday and receiving them on a Thursday(free shipping) is a pretty excellent turn around.

I hate giving bad reviews but this company sucks. I first ordered on eBay and the vest I ordered was huge! Their size chart is way off! I lost money on restocking and shipping fees so I ordered direct through the company and tried a different brand… same problem hopefully they get it right the third time around but I don’t even want the vest anymore it’ll feel used and I’m too unsatisified. I’ve had several problems with J&P Cycles — and I’m at a point that after I get my tail light refunded, I won’t deal with them at all anymore. I ordered a seat which was on back order(backordered on every site I checked). A week before it was supposed to be available, I was told it would be an additional 3 weeks. No big deal I thought. 4 weeks later I checked the status to find the order had be CANCELLED; I went on the site and saw that they had one seat in stock — my seat! I ordered it, and got it fairly fast, but who knows how long it was sitting there for someone else to swoop up! Why did the order get cancelled? Why didn’t I get some sort of notification? Nobody at J&P could explain it. I also ordered a black Performance Machine gas cap and got chrome — I noticed it was mis-labeled by J&P(the Performance Machine package label was correct). No big deal I thought… until I called to verify the black was available and was told I would be liable for the return shipping cost if the item they received back was in fact black. …uh, what? That’s why I’m returning it… because it’s NOT black. I laughed because I knew the girl must be joking around, but unfortunately she was serious. Most recently I ordered a tail light — and received it pretty fast, I opened the box to see right away that the taillight package had previously been opened. There were parts missing(accessory-lights wiring harness was gone, turn signal plug was gone), the adhesive for the module was used and no longer sticky, the module itself was beat to hell, the taillight was missing it’s protective plastic wrap so it had been scuffed from rubbing around during shipping, and there was a random package of push-washers in the mix, which obviously weren’t part of the tail light assembly. I was tempted to throw them in my junk drawer, but sent them back with a note to show that their quality control was lacking. Out of all of the items I’ve bought from J&P, I’ve had to return or exchange about half of them. Frustrating to say the least. Each time I figure that I’ll give it one more try because I’ve already paid for the Gold Club Membership, so I might as well use it — then I get burned. So I’m done with ‘em now. Dennis Kirk or Drag Specialties it is — in fact, that’s one more thing: Dennis Kirk regularly offers prices as low as J&P’s «Gold Club» prices with no membership fees, and most local shops will get close or match J&P prices with next day availability on most things from Drag Specialties.

Saw the ads for this place on 95 while I was out on my F800ST, so I decided to stop in and check the place out. They’ve got pretty much anything you’d want apparel wise, good selection of stuff and there are tons of motorcyclists stopping in, all in all I’d say check it out if you are cruising by.

If you need it this place most likely has it! They have a wide selection for almost every ride. I liked that they have lots of sizes in their womens clothing. Just keep the kids away from the airhorn testing area — holy crap they are LOUD. Great place to visit — and they were pretty fair on the prices too!
