I got my haircut here once and loved it, then that guy left and the new girl I went to wrecked my hair. I had spent so long growing out my pixie cut and then she gave me «the Rachel» when there are so many cute long-layered med/short length haircuts in style these days. When I called back later that day to ask for a new hair dresser to fix it, they said it had to be the same girl fixing it or they could ask the manager in 4 days if someone new could fix it. I have been wearing my hair in a bun

I have been to shear dimensions/todd patrick salon before and have not had a problem. On this particular day I showed up for my appointment on time and waited for over thirty minutes before Casey, my stylist came out and said it would be another thirty minute wait. He said he had to make some phone calls and finish a client he was running behind on. I said i didn’t want to sit there for another thirty minutes and that I could find something to do in town for a short bit and come back. As I left, I began realizing that the stylist seemed very personally preoccupied and upset. I thought he may have been affected by one of the recent national tragedies, or maybe something else entirely different. Regardless, as a nurse i most certainly have empathy if someone is dealing with a loss or difficult situation in life. However, I debated on coming back to the salon because as much as i feel for someone who is suffering, i don’t want someone who is distracted to be cutting and coloring(bleach) my hair. Against my gut feeling I returned for my appointment, trusting my stylist’s skills and not wanting to ruin their schedule even though mine had been tampered with already. My stylist said practically nothing to me the entire time and muttered angrily under his breath about other staff. It was a very tense uncomfortable experience. Bad vibes all around. However like I said earlier I am almost positive he was going through a difficult time and i let it ride. My color turned out ok(actually looked no different than when I walked in. I’m just happy it isn’t botched). My cut however was horrendous. I wanted very subtle layers just in the front at the bottom, nothing crazy and just a couple inches off my total length to clean up my dead ends. I did not get that. On the left side of my face my hair(bangs/fringe) is about 4 inches shorter than the other side. I believe i was very clear in my instructions and I specifically requested a certain length. Also, UNDERNEATH the middle of my hair on my right side there are short layers! These are not on the other side. The cut makes absolutely no sense what so ever. This will take 6−9+++ months to grow out to be even with the rest of my hair so I can cut it straight across and make it one even length. I am horrified. I did not notice as much in the salon because I was not picking through the middle of my hair. However when I got home and was playing with it, I definitely cried in realization. Being an early 20s female with a social life, I am devastated. I haven’t had a hair cut this bad since I was a child. Even then when I went to walmart as a little kid it STILL wasn’t this bad. I am so upset and disappointed to have paid $ 150+ for this mess. There is no fixing this, only waiting almost a year probably for it to grow out. SHEARDIMENSIONS please suggest to your staff that they take some personal time off to deal with any grief in their lives. My hair and others should not have to pay for it.

After having numerous bad experiences with salons in general, I will say I was hesitant to try another one. However, my hair was in desperate need of cut and styling, so I tried once again, and found an absolute gem! The stylist was kind, patient, and knowledgeable and I immediately felt at ease letting him use his artists eye to make my hair look great again. KUDOSTOCASEY!!! I wish I could take him home with me. He showed me ways to wear my previously boring hair in new and exciting ways, educated me on products, and had an amazing sense of humor… very personable! It is not just the talent that will bring me to a salon, it is the people. The staff was amazing, and Casey is the absolute BEST!

Got referred here when I was getting ready to donate my hair again. Jon did an amazing job with my hair for a year. He is no longer there, but I transitioned over to TJ who is equally great! Cool feel. Not pretentious. Great staff.

This is the only place I go for my hair cuts. I was a patron at this salon when it was located in the Trails. The stylist I used there left and I searched for another that I liked. My wife recommended me to Bill McAuliff at Jack & Jeans(when he & I both had long hair) in the mall years ago. When Jack and Jeans closed in the mall I recommended this salon to Bill and was very glad he joined. The salon has since moved from the Trails to another plaza and recently to this current location. The staff has always been great. Wanda Rutherford at the front desk always knows me when I call and gets me in to the schedule with no hassle. Robert and Mike have owned the place for longer than I have been in the area and it was sad when Robert recently passed away. It is a rare business that you feel connected to the owners and the staff like friends. A tip — do not park on the street as it is very busy. Use the parking lot behind the location.

I was an out-of-towner, desperate to get my hair fixed. The receptionist was very friendly & was able to fit me into today’s schedule. Upon arrival I was offered a beverage. Casey was amazing! Such a talent! He fixed my awful hair, educated me on some products(without being pushy), & taught me some quick fixes & better styling techniques. Great conversationalist, too! He’s got a new client. The facility is very modern & busy with pleasant chatter & laughter.

As good as it gets, after going to multiple salons and barbers, I’ve finally got the haircut I wanted. Immediately walking in I was recognized by the wonderful staff and was offered a cup of coffee. Bill, one of the stylist knew the look I was going for and made it happen and then some. Super impressed I wont be going anywhere else. Absolutely hands down the best experience at any salon. super friendly super clean. 100%
