Sparkle-N-Shine Car Wash

I was really surprised at how well the express wash was. I usually have to put in some elbow grease for the wheels. This wash did a pretty darn good job for a drive thru wash. I particularly liked that it pushes you through. However if you have some fatty tires and nice rims, you might want to skip it because it can scratch them. I will try the had detail next time.

I’ve been coming here for years. They do a great job. Best place in the area to get your car pampered.

This car wash is excellent! They’re quick, thorough, get the bugs off, and leave your car shining. Plus if it rains after you get your car washed you can return within 48 hours and get a free express wash too! (Be sure to save your original receipt) You just can’t beat their great service.

Just moved back to Florida and needed a BMW 335 detailed. Was in the area already to have the car serviced, so checked this place out for the first time– Glad I did.
A little pricey on the Express Hand Wax service, so I asked the attendant if there were any specials available– He explained there was an online $ 10 off coupon for this, so I bit, as this would be more in line with what it should be ($ 35.99 + tax), based on previous experiences. These guys (full disclosure, there was a gal too, both inside and outside) were great! They spent a lot of time on the inside and outside– Austin Wilcox was the main guy on the outside (he mentioned his name to me twice, but of course I forgot– However, they print their name on the receipt, which is very smart) and you can tell he’s very passionate about what he does– Explaining what he did and, more importantly, why he did it. Simply put, blown away by the service, both inside and out: I’ve been going to car washes for over 30 yrs in several cities/​states, so I have a frame of reference for quality and price and I can tell you, they nailed it. Although I’ll be living in Ormond Beach, I’ll be back to this location– Fantastic!

Great experience. Have had my new car detailed and waxed here repeatedly. Things I like: You can stay in AC or sit outside, but you can watch them work on your car. Really hard working folks, they hustle! But there is a Quality Inspector who checks to make sure they don’t miss anything. Very friendly. Fast and reasonably priced.

I took my car in for a interior/​exterior detail and wash. When I got my car back the front grill was still covered in dirt, so I took a look around and discovered a brand new dent in my car! They are now refusing to pay for the damage. Obviously, I’ll never go back there again.

If you have a car with auto start be careful as they put the keys under the wiper blades and you don’t find out where they are after your are 100 miles away and have driven 70 mph on the freeway where they could have fallen off. Took 5 phone calls back to them to figure out. The wax job was ok for $ 50.00

I’m compelled to write a semi-​negative review after receiving poor service the last two times I was there. My family has taken our cars to Sparkle n Shine for years, spending hundreds of dollars, and we have typically recieved good service and wonderfully clean cars
The last time I took my car in, I drove my car from South Daytona to Ormond to get it done, and was told to set an appointment and come back the next day, which was fine. Several months later, I called to set an appointment to have my car detailed again. The woman on the phone refused to set an appointment, and was borderline rude on the phone, acting as though I had lied about my previous experience.
My dad took his car in to have his car detailed, spending 150 dollars. He forget his 50 dollar gift card at home, and they refused to be even a little bit helpful and were also borderline rude, again.
Typically good service. However, these last two times the customer service were poor.

Terrific job couldn’t ask for better. thought we had articles missing had to turn around and go back they had them all in a plastic bag, little inconvenient having to go retrieve them but at least they were honest employees and everything was accounted for.

I am very particular about my vehicles, this is one of the only places I would recommend for car washes, if you are not going to do it yourself. I love the $ 5 express wash because you never leave your car, no worries about a detail guy denting your vehicle or scratching it. You drive it in the wash and you drive it out. I do not like people driving my vehicles so this is a huge plus. Its simple fast and easy. The car wash does a great job and gets your car clean. Then after the wash I pull over to the free vacuum area and vacuum my vehicle out if it needs it. And for the final step I hand dry the few areas that the blow dryer missed. I have never used any service here other than the $ 5 express as I do all my own waxing and interior cleaning but based on my experience I’m sure they do a good job with those services as well. And to top it off all of the staff is extremely friendly.

Sparkle N Shine is a great full service car wash and they even offer detailing services. The employees are friendly and attempt to do a nice job. The weekday hours (9−6p) are great especially if you don’t get off work until 5pm.

This has been my go to car wash for over 15 years in Ormond. I now take all of my cars and trucks there regularly to keep them nice. I have used there $ 5 drive through many time and occasional splurged on a full detail as well. When I traded in my last Vette for my current one I had them do a full inside and out detail and I am sure it increased the trade in value. The staff is always very attentive and now know me and my cars very well. What more can I say I hope the keep up the great work.

My car was shipped from CA to FL so you can imagine the bugs and dirt that was on it. 2 days after it got here we took it to this place told him it had been shipped and asked for there best car wash. As I walked up to my car after it was done I could still see all the bugs smeared across my back window and as I got closer the bumper was still covered in smashed bugs. When I asked the guy why it was still dirty he said because there is acid in bugs and it wont come off once there. I was like really its not going to come off? At that point another worker came over and told the other guy to rewash it. The 2^nd time around the bugs that I was told would never come off were gone. WOW amazing! I think I will find another place to wash my car.

Great full service car wash offering full range of services from a basic package for $ 13.95 to a hand wash and wax for $ 39. Every car receives a thorough towel dry of all surfaces in and out. Make sure you have time to wait though. This quality service doesn’t happen in 10 minutes.
