Staff is very friendly & office is clean but the equipment wasn’t working and they had me waiting for a long time. Literally had to do one eye test 3 times and they could never get it to provide appropriate ratings/measurement(the staff person said the machine was overworked due to it being the end of the year). It took an extra 20 minutes and just felt comical. How long until you just give up on the exam and/or buy a new machine for the office? The appointment(which should’ve been a 20 – 30 minute thing) took over an hour. Plus, the first 20 minutes was spent filling out the same questionnaire i’d already done online(repetitive and annoying). I feel kinda bad because definitely feels like a small family owned type business and I like supporting small businesses but the equipment malfunction + length of wait + repetition of paperwork = pretty unimpressive experience.
