Well, I went back to this location this morning for my scheduled blood testing and it was like a completely different facility.
The employee manning the front desk was polite and patient. I was called back about 10 minutes past my appt time, but it wasn’t a big deal… and the phlebotomist who drew my tests was kind, efficient, and fast.
I can only say that it must have been a very, very bad day when I went the first time. And I was grateful to be done as quickly as I was today.

Although I waited an hour for my blood draw and the front desk gal could ha even a bit more friendly, I give this facility 4 out of 5. The phlebotomist (Jill) was amazing and was successful with her first stick — not always the case for my reluctant veins!
Only suggestion: make an appointment if you can!

This location has much more friendly and supportive customer service staff and blood draw technicians. I’m making this location my new regular blood draw lab after experiencing rudeness and bad attitude at another Sonora Quest location. There is plenty of free parking. I also find more availability on the web site when setting up an appointment.
