This review is for Shannon who has been cutting my hair for several years. I have «cheated» and gone to others when I can’t get an immediate appt. and I’ve never ever been satisfied. She is well worth the wait, I learned my lesson. I have sent several people to Shannon and each of them have loved what she did. The only way I can describe her cuts is … Celebrity style. It’s just perfect! Layered in just the right places, not chunky, and can be easily styled or not at all– which is my preference. Shannon is the best!!! You will not be disappointed.

One of the best salons I have ever been to. Not at all pretentious. Everyone, is friendly, even stylists I don’t use say hi. And from watching, I don’t think there is a bad stylist in the place. Good mani/​pedis too. Try it you will like it.

Coleen is by far the best hair stylist I’ve ever been to! She is wonderful and always does amazing work! The salon is also modern and fun. A great gem in Oro Valley!

After years at Intuitive Edge salon, my stylist Jeff decided to leave and start working here at Trouvaille. As soon as my husband and I walked in, we were greeted by a very pleasant gentleman at the front desk who got my husband and my information before anything else. He then immediately offered us refreshments while Jeff came around, gave each of us a hug, and took my husband back to cut his hair. Unlike Intuitive Edge, there is a specific waiting area, and it’s far enough from everything else that one can easily read with minimal distraction.
As always, Jeff did a great job on my hair. He also was a great conversationalist and bantered pleasantly with me, which is part of what makes him a great stylist. When my husband and I went to pay we were asked to schedule our next appointments. Because they have our numbers, there should be no problem getting a hold of us to remind us of our appointments. I normally hate getting my hair cut because of trouble with calling for appointments, but I think I could get used to getting called to remind me of my appointment.

Who would have known that so many elite Unilocalers get their hair done here? This charming salon has many independent hair dressers that rent out space and do their business separately from the other salon services. I’ve been going to Shannon for the past two years to have my hair cut and it always looks great. The last time I went I wanted to get color as well and she teams with another hair dresser who specializes in color. I went dark red/​brown and it turned out amazing. If you are looking for a new place to get a great cut and color this is the salon to go to.

Awesome and adorable place :) The staff is over the top and the stylists set the bar high. JK does an amazing job with color. I am always getting compliments on my hair. I have been seeing her for over 7 years. Shannon brings it home with the styling and cut. Great location and décor as well!

This little salon is tucked away in the corner of the Trader Joe’s shopping plaza on Magee and Oracle. It is a hidden treasure! The salon is clean and beautiful with nice chandiliers and relaxing music. The front desk staff was very friendly, asking if I’d like water or coffee and I was greeted promptly by my cosmetologist for my pedicure. The massaging chairs for the pedicure are very comfortable. I saw Leslie for my appointment and she was so sweet, friendly, and chatty. All their staff are cosmetologists so they do hair and nails which is fabulous because you can develop a nice relationship with your stylist.
I’d recommend this place over any big-​chain salon because I feel like you are treated very personally.

Woke up on Saturday morning and decided to cut all my shoulder length hair off. Called at 8, got an appointment at 9:30 with Jennifer. She was AWESOME. She really listened to what I wanted, and was confident in her own technique. We had fun! I have been looking for a new stylist in the Tucson area for 6 years, and I have found her!
Don’t be fooled by the in-​progress décor. This place is fabulous, and is going to be even more so.
