Combat Zone Paintball Park

we went here for our nephews birthday party. it’s our first time to play paintball. masks and equipments are for rent. wear something thick cause the shots gonna bruise. nice maps. call them before if you’re bringing groups.
if you’re having a party theres no shade so bring some tent coz its gonna be hot. equipments are good but the masks doesn’t smell good so bring something to clean it up before wearing it.

I love this place, fun place to have a group event. 3 or 4 different courses. Can play in rain or sun. prices are very reasonable and worth it.

It’s an ok park. Usually busy with rentals but sometimes hardly any self equipped walk ons. Call ahead to see if there is anyone to play with or bring you own group. Spring and summer there can be clouds of mosquitos. Seriously you would never see more mosquitos in one place in your life! Bring repellent or wear double layers. Things have been picking up as far as self equipped players. I hate being a walk on player with no one to play with.

Super fun and affordable to have two hours of fun. Lots of hiding places to choose from. The staff is nice and friendly. Very patient with new comers. I highly recommend a try if you haven’t already. You can choose to play with your own private party or with others. They work with you. Ps. They have bench tables and bbq pits for whoever wants to grill. No extra charge for gatherings and parties.

It is 3 stars for number of items available. It is a 1star for price. For a surplus store they are extremely high, a lot of the items you can just go online and orer new for the same price and most time less.
If you want a large selection this is a good place.

Surplus city combat zone is great. I have been here twice for two different weekend camping/​paintball trips and have nothing short of a blast each time. I am new to paintball but this place has gotten me up to speed fast on scenario paintball.
They have a campground right next door ($ 10/​night) with clean bathrooms. Also there is the feather river close by camp that can be used to cool off (100+ degrees when we went last).
Then next door to the campground is the surplus store that owns the campground and the paintball course. They have some crazy stuff in there, you should check it out. Especially if you need some type of camo because you forgot yours at home (der).
Now to the course. It is very big, at least 4 acres (guessing). heavily wooded in some parts open in others. They also have a setup for speedball. But this place is varied. You have elevated places, trucks to hide behind, brush to climb in, bunkers for protection, and 6 – 7 flag areas for capture the flag.
W went one weekend and there was 200+ people there, what a fun weekend. The 100+ degrees was bearable because if the good times being had. Thanks for a great spot to play Surplus City!
