Decided to store a very expensive recreational item here because it was close to my home. I was offered a contract where you pay for two months and get two months free for a total of four months. Yes, contract in writing. The first month I was locked out for non payment. Protested and the office corrected the mistake, or so they said. Second month, I receive a preliminary lien notice in the mail for non payment. It showed a sizable balance along with the threat of seizing my property. The office assured me once again this would be corrected and that they would call me back to confirm the issue resolved.
No call and I received another lien notice. Do I need to remove my equipment before its illegally seized?

We used this storage facility for 2 years while renting out our home in Oroville. The first 18 months went just fine. The office was great to work with, if they were not there you left a message, and you get a call back in the next day. That was when it was American Storage. Then like 6 months ago, we get a notice that we are past due, We paid our rent a year in advance. So I call, and i storage now owned it, and raised the rates. Thanks for the «Heads up». We moved our stuff out over a week ago, and I cannot get anyone to answer the phone, and you can’t leave a message. Not very people oriented.

I really like Matthew’s and the others at iStorage in Oroville attitude and professional, courteous treatment, not to forget the great prices and deals! I’ve used a lot of other facilities for storage and this one is my favorite do far!
