Thoroughly enjoyed our Valentine’s Day lunch here. Four of us, had 4 different dishes and we were all happy w/food and service. Will definitely go again.

Love this place. I had the ravioli dinner and it was delicious. Hubby had the bleu cheese burger and fries and he said that this is on the top of his list for burgers! Good brew beers too. Great atmosphere as well.

Terrible brew, just have to start with that. Appetizers are ok. The cook has to make the best, all the time. I mean just don’t burn the food. Easy fix I think. But the brew, ya need some help sorry.

The Firehouse Burger is like a little slice of heaven! Best burger I have ever had. Service was also great, even on a really busy Friday night. Will definitely go back!

One of the best places to stop in and have lunch and a glass of wine or two, great atmosphere would recommend to all my friends, love their philly cheese steak sandwich

I swung in for a bite because I found myself starving and in Oroville. Really good lunch! Had an Oatmeal Pale Ale and a downtown chicken sandwich. The beer was smooth and easy to drink. The sandwich was simple but tasty. Love the ambiance; I wish this place was in Chico so I could visit it more often. I wish I could give it 4.5 stars because it’s not quite in the best I’ve had category. But seriously, swing by for a beer and a burger. You won’t be disappointed.

Service was great. Went twice why we were up here for the weekend. Bacon blue cheeseburger was great. Bacon mac n cheese awesome. And their beers are worth a look.

Five stars. I’m going big. Since it was a business lunch, I wasn’t able to partake in what I would assume for good beers. However, their chicken sandwich. Oh dear. So good. The establishment itself is an older tavern-industrial-like space. Somewhat interesting but nothing truly remarkable. That’s not a negative but just an observation. The wait staff were awesome. Very friendly and didn’t keep us waiting for anything. Did I mention the chicken sandwich? Go there, now, and eat one. Now. Onion rings? Yeah, that’s a free upgrade from their wedge fries.(My colleague described them as having a somewhat sweet seasoning but I’ll need to try myself to be sure.) If I’m passing through, I’ll definitely stop by and try a pint. If it’s like anything else there, it’ll be well worth the trip. Thanks!

Drafty. Average beers. Not enough Miner’s Alley beers and lots from other breweries. We didn’t get food, because we were on the road and didn’t have too much time. I’m not so compelled to come back. The best thing I remember about our experience was the amazing metalwork in the giant MINER’S ALLEY sign above the bar that apparently the owner crafted by himself.

Oh Miner’s Alley Brewing Company! Finally! A Hipster place to be… Now, let me say looks aren’t everything, but let’s start there! I LOVE the wood and metal material used to make this amazing restaurant look; simply put… Trendy yet Hipster! LOVE the the update on the amazing selections of beers you all have! Let’s get into the food! Rosemary french fries! Wow! Not too overwhelming, the subtle hint of rosemary is faintly and perfectly married into the potato… LOVE it! I had the pulled pork sandwich. I have to admit, however you made that bread, KEEPONDOINGIT… My husband and I smoke meats… I like the taste of the pork… maybe take it off a bit sooner so that the pork is a bit more softer… just my 2 cents worth… I DIG on handmade pasta! Wha? Handmade pasta? You guys do! Wow! I hope that remains on the menu as…“Keeper!” You’ll be seeing me more often… Keep up the great job!

2 stars at best for the brewing. I had a chocolate porter. No lace; weak after taste. Food is ok but how can you mess up chicken strips. Fries were true potato wedges and the bar-b que sauce was very good with the Porter but the Porter needed something to help it. I was amazed to see a nice bar in the back, away from the restaurant, but nobody is allowed there. A bar separate from the restaurant but not used? Who runs this place? Other than that the atmosphere is real nice. They need to have a happy hour to move that flat beer.

I wasn’t terrible hungry, so I got the chicken caesar salad and a local pinot grigio. I love that all of the alcohol is local. My dad got a cheeseburger and fries I think, and the fries were delicious! I also love the ambiance and availability of parking(ha! that’s anywhere in Oroville). At any rate, it’s nice to have a good go-to restaurant to visit when I come home.

I do NOT understand Unilocal reviewers sometimes– this great place got a 1-star review from someone because«they don’t brew their own beer». Really? How was the food? The reviewer didn’t have any. Honestly SOMEPEOPLE! :) OK, so I LOVE this place. I take myself out for dinner as a treat for taking care of me old Dad when I come up from SF. Food is ALWAYS great, comes out quickly and the servers are lovely, professional, and agreeable. As a matter of fact, I am on my way there now!

I will not soon forget this place. Oroville needs a good brew house… Honestly, I really had little to no problems with this place(other than maybe serving me their house IPA with a 4.7ABV and still calling it an IPA) Truth be told, I accidentally found this place and have not ate any food from their kitchen(besides a single potato wedge that my barstool neighbor gave me in what was no doubt a last ditch effort and poor attempt to hit on a married woman). Back on point: I went to the salmon festival and came in this place around 2pm… My Buckeyes(Ohio state) was playing and I was looking for a bar near by that was showing the game so I could pop in for a quick drink and watch them smash W Michigan, because frankly, I don’t give a damn for the whole state of Michigan. I semi enjoyed my flat tasting beer while watching the game– half time came and the owner(or at least he better be with that kind of arrogance) came up and said«is anybody watching this?» And when I said ‘yes’ I could start to see the anal seepage begin. He looked at me and said ‘really?!’ When I said, ‘yeah, really” ‘are you REALLY watching?’ Was his response, and when I snapped back he said«then what’s the score!?» The anal seepage began to flow heavier when I quickly answered and was able to meet him line for line… Soon the patrons sitting around me decided they were ohio state fans right now too and began to back my cause somewhere between his attempt to belittle my fan hood and making me feel guilty for not saying it was ok to change the channel to the Cal game instead– people called in and asked if he was showing the cal game and he promised them he was, blah blah blah. — dude– news flash, I’m the one AT the bar, not working there. Don’t push your problems off on me, and don’t ask questions you honestly don’t want an answer to. Once, I was a seventh grade girl, and quickly learned the word«promise» translates to «I’ll kinda try» Minus one star for two co-ed bathrooms instead of male/female ones, minus one for trying to make your personal problems my own, minus one star for the mediocre beer, and minus any bonus stars for not thinking a woman can sit there and desire to watch a college football game– and honestly, for not being a fan of The Ohio State!

This is a unique restaurant/brewery located in downtown Oroville, my hometown. New and up and coming with delicious and flavorful dishes. I ordered the New York Steak(8 oz) that came with soup or salad, mashed potatoes and vegetables for less than 20 dollars. With so many good appetizers to start off, I couldn’t finish my steak but it was was still delish and cooked well to my liking. I also tried the Salmon, Rib Eye, and pasta which were all tasteful. I had the Honey Ale alongside my meal and it was perfect since I don’t like bitter/dry beer. Also, be sure to have the Evil Brownie a la Mode for dessert. The warmness of the brownie topped with vanilla bean ice cream and caramel is heaven in a bite. Yay! The staffs are super nice and welcoming. Make sure you thank the chef :)

Came here just to check it out I come to the area a lot to see my grandparents. And I liked it. Nothing many places like this in the area. Good food. Good drinks. I loved the fries. Hamburger was cooked the way I like it. Just a nice atmosphere and a rustic look. I do recommend.

Told you, I would come back for the Pulled Pork burger… 2nd visit after my first review here! It has been a few months though … I definitely got better service this time, and it was slow inside the restaurant for a holiday Monday! I ordered a glass of Bastard Child, which comes locally from Purple Line winery. My lunch came steaming HOT, well done burger and side of onion rings. The Pulled Pork Burger was OK, best part was the bread! The burger had a nice flavor, meat was cooked through but tasted too dry! I question the quality of the beef, the pulled pork was ok, aioli sauce was excellent, and it had pepperjack cheese, but I couldn’t taste too much of the cheese flavor or any spiciness. My nice server also brought me ranch, ketchup, mustard, which I did not ask for and appreciate that very much. The onion rings were quite good with the ranch. I don’t care if they were frozen or homemade, I definitely liked them more than the Rosemary wedges! Even though I got better service on my second visit, and finally was able to try the burger I wanted on my first visit. Unfortunately, I have had many better burgers/pulled pork elsewhere, the prices are not worth the quality of food. Honestly, I think this is a good place for beers and get drunk at the bar, but not so much for the food and that is just my opinion… Feather Falls Brewing is a hundred times better anyways! Will not return here, but at least I tried it!

We had 10 people in our party, service was timely and courteous, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was comfortable and laid back, the live acoustic guitar made it a really special evening. We all look forward to coming back.
