Oroville Public Range

This public gun range is located literally in the middle of no where in Oroville. What’s great is that it’s free of charge.
You could bring almost anything you want here as a target. We brought cans, water bottles, and cups to shoot.
Park your car backwards for an easy access to take your targets, guns, and ammo out to the table.
Of course, there’s some etiquette you should be aware of. While everyone is still shooting, you have to wait until everyone stops shooting and usually, a range leader would yell out «clear» until everyone says «clear» and put a thumbs up. Once everyone does that, you could go out and set your targets.
This was my first time shooting outdoors and the environmental factors definitely come in versus firing indoors.
