It’s been cleaned up, repainted, polished up, but its still the Piggs Club. A solid staple in the hearts of all southside alcoholics. Owners are nice, bartenders are fair. This place is on the wrong side of town and if you go here, you will be too. Shit always happens on the wrong side of town and you will be in the middle of it.

The new owners are nice enough but in my opinion, they make their mixed drinks a bit strong. I also didn’t like the fact that their staff were openly explaining their dilemmas about trying to find marijuana hook ups down south. One staff member was even carrying a rather large buck knife around. I did have to wait about 8 minutes to order each drink.

I stop here after work sometimes for a couple cold ones. Always happy to see cowboy mike and Wes. Good day crowd here. I try to stay away at night. Cops like to drive by this bar. Not a good neighborhood.
