This was a scenic walk through the woods with some beautiful views of maine’s rocky coastline. The terrain is heavily woody but relavtively easy hike. There are some areas with lots of rocks or big steps up or down. There are a couple trails inside. The trails are very well marked. One has yellow markers on the trees. The other has white markers on the trees and goes in a small loop. There are short paths that lead out to the ocean for a spectacular view. This is definately a fun hike, without having to be in tip top shape, but certianly not a trail for grandma.
