To begin with, Jim was personable, friendly, and articulate. Which is great considering purchasing a home can be a very daunting experience. When it came to the actual inspection, we felt that Jim did a thorough job, and he was very candid while remaining diplomatic. I would honestly recommend Jim to anyone needing a home inspection. He gave us a fair playing ground when it came to repairs the house needed, and was just an all around great guy.
