If I could give this place a negative 100 I would! These people clearly do not want to do business. I purchased a Living Social coupon and prior to purchasing looked on the website and it clearly states that they are open mid week. There was no date restriction noted on the Living Social coupon. I called and asked if there was availability on a certain date and he told me no as it was based on referee availability. He said to make a reservation on line. I followed the website prompts and saw a day that games were being played, so I assumed that they must have referees. I booked on line and put a credit card deposit. There is no way to book for a specific Living Social deal so I booked it to the same description. I received a receipt confirmation and assumed that all was good. I then received a call from Joe and he layed into me that he already said the 7^th wasn’t available and I said I realize that, I booked on the 6^th. He said we’ve been over this (He was VERY AGRESSIVE) it is based on availability. I stated that I simply followed their online prompts and according to their calendar and the fact that my reservation was apparently received I thought all was good. I then asked, can you please tell me when you do have openings so I can work around them. He said I have no openings for you! I am firing you as a customer and he would not continue the conversation. He ranted that he was on the phone for 30 minutes (it was 10 minutes and he was done) He said I have openings but I won’t give any to you. It went from a sane and pleasant request to ridiculous. I have actually never experienced anything so odd in my life. I am a business owner myself and actually couldn’t believe that I actually had this conversation. Do not trust this guy or his establishment. There are other honest companies out there, save your time, money and good mood and do not deal with this one. It sounds like a blessing in disguise as the other reviews sound horrible once you actually get a date. Good riddance!!!

From start to finish the experience was poor. Even trying to get a returned phone call seems to be difficult. It’s deep in the woods with no fun obstacles as you would imagine. Also they operate out of a tent and there is no bathroom. I would also recommend wearing a helmet because the face mask provided was not enough to protect your head. But honestly the worst part of our session was Josh, the ‘instructor’ who explain the rules and expectations. He clearly HATED his job and was extremely negative throughout our time there. He talked about how he ‘hated Washington’ and couldn’t wait to leave. He was like a drill Sargent times 100. He was so unpleasant our party couldn’t wait to leave. You couldn’t pay me to return.

Booking the party was easy. The explanation and communication with the man who answered the phone was awesome. We arrived later than we were supposed to as we arrived at the time we were supposed to start. The guys there knew we were arriving late and ran through the rules quickly so we could get started asap. My only gripe is that when we got started I asked if it was okay for me to bring my phone as I wanted to get pictures since this was for my sons 11^th birthday. The man told me I could but it was not needed as he would take before and after group pictures as well as pictures throughout the games and they would be posted that night on facebook. I did not take ONE picture and it has been a month and a half with no pictures of my sons birthday. I have messaged them and posted on their facebook asking for at least the group picture with no response.
