Let me first premise my review by saying that I am reviewing as a purchaser of chicks. My family came in once to buy chicks… we came in as novices and asked for help picking out the best layers. We invested alot… in our coop, food, bedding, electric. etc… know in the end it would be worth it to get fresh eggs… four months later… FOUR out of our SIX chickens are ROOING!!! I know that sexing chicks is not an exact science. and you often get a rooster in the bunch. but FOUR out of SIX so far!!! I am not happy…

As soon as I moved to the Oxford/​Ortonville area, I spotted the TSC.
I couldn’t wait to find an excuse to go there. I got a flier in the mail advertising their Christmas decorations. I had to have the «Mer Christmas Ya’ll» sign. I walked in and was amazed by all of the «country motif». The shotgun shell shaped x-​mas lights got a chuckle out of me, as well as the shrine to all things John Deere. I found what I was looking for ($ 4.99 on sale), bought a sack of jerkey, nodded my head to the pack of lesbians buying feed and said yee haw, I’ll be back!
